This meditation really brings us into our center and helps us align with our Truth, our higher self. We begin with an opening Kundalini mantra, then let the energetic body drop into a meditative state. Through the meditation, we hold our hands in a position that really challenges our Central Nervous System, allowing us to guide and focus our energy. We use our breath in a way to direct energy through our chakra system as we meditate. Lastly, with our eyes closed, we hold our gaze upward toward the third eye chakra to support our inner wisdom and clarity in this spiritual practice. As we finish this meditation for the higher self, feel all of your energy gathering along our central energetic channel, the spine, to your center. This was super powerful! I've done a few Kundalini meditations but this one made my whole body radiate after. I thought I might pass out but the calm breaths prevailed. Wonder what that's about!

Any suggestions for shoulders with old injuries? From the get go my right shoulder was in pain. I did my best but had to release once in awhile.
Yes, take breaks as needed! If it is too painful and is not serving you, just visualize yourself doing it!
