I purchased 10 phones for sale. Purchase price to me is 10,000 each (including 18% gst). Purchased in the month of march and in April month gst filing done for march month.
Now 3 days ago, i used 1 phone for my personal use and 1 phone for business use.
Tell its entry in tally prime.
Gst reverse entry.
And all necessary entries to be entered in tally to match the balance sheet and show correct values.

You are using for personal use and then it is called drawing as per accounting terms. and for another one phone show purchase from party.simple

agar trading karte ho (Laptop kharidna aur bechna) to item invoice me entry kariyega aur agar apne personal use/business use Ke Liye Liya Hai to accounting invoice me entry kijiye. accounting invoice me Qty Nahi Puchta Hai aur item invoice me qty Puchta Hai.

@@d.evil__ Qty daal ke bhi kya karenge waise bhi wo asset ki category me aayega , stock item to hoga nahi Jo hum dekhe ki kitna qty bacha hai apne pass. Aap laptop 1,Laptop 2 Aisa kr sakte hai ya phir company alag alag hai laptop ki to Dell laptop,hp laptop Aisa show kr sakte hai.
