I use DEALo(drawings,expense,asset,loss) to increase debit and GIRLS( gains,lncome, revenue, liabilities and stock holder equity) on credit side. This was taught by account coach.

1. A loan is taken rs 50000 from kamal agrbal u.t.i bank and deposit into sbi 2. A cheque rs 6000 canara bank cheque is received but no information about the giver and deposit the cheque into s.b.i bank 3. Iica infosys clear their all dues on 01.04.2006 through u.t.t. Bank cheque deposit into s.b.i bank in the same day ..... Mam iska journal entry bataye please mam
