Since when does the FBI show up dressed like middle schoolers?
Mr FBI guy has a shirt that came from the bottom of laundry basket. Unironed! Geez. I thought FBI were supposed to be cleaned and pressed! Guess not. Lol and her with her clothes from the club last night.
At least he didnt flash an oversized cartoon FBI badge like Fox Mulder
Right? What FBI agent shows up with a pink/purple backpack to question a guy about terrorist activities? So weird.
They don't all dress in suits. You watch to much TV. They are doing field work. Just like cops dont always wear Uniforms especially especially undercover top cops and a lot of times even detectives don't wear uniforms. I know because I used to have a lot of friends that were police officers somewhere undercover And I'd never seen them in a uniform.
@@putgordon
No one was saying they had to dress in suits or a uniform.
And an FBI agent serving you papers is not the same as an undercover police officer.
There are reasons for police officers to wear uniforms, though. Just like there are reasons for detectives and federal agents to dress up more than casual (or grade school casual, in her case) with badges hanging from their necks or on their belts. And that's the point a lot of people are making here.

There’s no way the FBI genuinely thought you were going to maliciously retaliate against EAFB. They simply wanted to intimidate and frighten you by showing “we know who you are, we know where you live, don’t cross us” which is sickening.
How about it's not normal to go to an airforce base dressed like Chewbacca while taking pictures and intentionally causing problems when questioned. That's why they came to see him. It's a security issue and if they didn't and he went back and shot the place up the narrative would be you knew and did nothing. That's how things work today, you act nutty at military bases, airports or schools you get a visit.
@@richiestaklinski5499nothing you said was in regard to any laws that were broken. Everything that he did was lawful. I’m curious which one of the FBI’s policies specifically refers to visiting subjects homes for their “nutty” behavior. I wasn’t aware that was a legal term.
@@jt2861 You don't think with all that has gone on at airports, schools, religious buildings and military Instalations that it is wrong to investigate why someone would be taking photos. You can't be naive enough to fail to consider that a person doing this might have nafarious motives leading law enforcement to question the intentions. Im down with not violating peoples rights. Im not down with intentionally doing shit to antagonize law enforcement for the sole purpose of making a video. If someone came and parked their car outside your house and started filming you, your kids, your wife, your vehicles im sure you would call the cops. Also if you were having a disagreement with your neighbor and another neighbor came over and started filming you two arguing you wouldn't be happy.
Richi…. You sure sound like a cop to me. He was not at anyones home taking pictures of their wife and kids or any other such BS. With ideas like that in your head then maybe you are the one that the FBI needs to travel to question about your behaviour.

Well everyone has been saying the FBI are a bunch of crooks! They proved it. 😊
My experience with federal agents: they travelled to 4 states to threaten friends of mine for incriminating information. It failed. And I won my lawsuit against them for robbing me.
Great, glad you won!! One for the good guys
Amazing. 200 miles for less than four minutes of conversation. I can tell that the Government and those agencies that receive our tax dollars are spending them wisely.
Word of inventions such as the telephone is yet to reach government departments.
322 Kilometers
The reason they drove two hundred miles was because they were the closest field office for that area and they couldn't just call because that had to have visual confirmation as well as the correct name, that's why they asked for ID and wanted verbal confirmation.

They prolly wanted an easy day so they chose the 200 mile job for the day 😂
Of course they drove 200 miles for one question.why not? We're paying for it!!!

Of course, they don't care... If they have to SPEND BILLION DOLLAR of our tax money to prove their point in court, they will and in fact they won't even flinch for a second... It is not their MONEY!... Who cares. Right? Why do they do this even though they know this guy POSES NO THREAT TO ANYONE? It has to do with MONEY. Just for a 2 hour drive and 10 minutes CHIT CHAT, they can say they did their job and collect on this MEANINGLESS TASK in HUNDREDS and THOUSANDS... Now, people wonder why GOBERMINT is always complaining there is NOT ENOUGH MONEY TO GO AROUND... and this is one of the reason WHY... Is WAR against DRUG putting an end to it? NOPE... but it is HELPING the LAW ENFORCEMENT and the GOBERMINT generate REVENUE... Will WAR AGAINST DRUG ever come to an END? It won't and the GOBERMINT and the LAW ENFORCEMENT will make sure it will never come to an end, because again IT GENERATES MONEY for the LAW ENFORCEMENT and the GOBERMINT. In a NUTSHELL, it is all about the MONEY, Nola... Any other question? lol

In case you didn't catch it, he is a US Marshal working for the Justice Department, she is the FBI agent. That is why she described herself the way she did. He didn't disclose he was a US Marshal, he claimed to be FBI out of Bakersfield. He did mention later that they work in a task force, so it is probably a joint jurisdiction task force. However, he probably shouldn't be telling people he's with the FBI when in fact he is with the Justice Department and is a US Marshal.
The credentials he shows are FBI credentials that state he is a special deputy US marshal. Special deputy marshals are not the same regular deputy marshals. They are essentially task force officers for the USMS from local/state departments. So he's a task force officer of USMS acting as a task force officer for the FBI. Considering he's showing FBI credentials, on FBI business, and how complicated the situation is, I think he picked the right option.

But they didn't even drive over there to show the copy of the citation, they did just to ask the question and take his word for it, they just had the copy with them for no reason since it's a thing between him and the airforce and they have nothing to do with that!! 🤪

I have a question. Do you normally investigate people for terrorism if they've engaged in a first amendment protected activity?
Yes cuz to all law enforcement 1st amendment activity is terrorism
@losepoundsandinches
The occupational gov't has declared war against We The People
which is codified in the Patriot Act. The only solution is Second Amendment action. 1776 Part ll is the only remedy now.

Hell ya. Anyone engaging in freedom related activites is deemed a threat to the new world order.
Just a note for the future-- the answer to any and all questions asked is: "I don't answer questions without the presence of my attorney."
Yep. If someone tries to pin terrorism on him, after he denied it, now they've also got evidence that he's a liar and is trying to cover up his crimes.
You can’t just go onto a base as a normal civilian and do bullshit not think that they’re going to follow up. It’s probably just in the standard operating procedures that they require to follow up and check in on the situation
Bruh civilians do it all the time. Been stationed on an Army base before and soldiers bring in civilians all the time and do dumb shit. Dressing up like a Chewbacca and being an ass on a military base is pretty stupid but to have the feds come to your house over something that stupid is really stupid

@@rajpat89 I am aware as I have done a few hundred of these. Though NOT as a federal officer. When the FBI does this it becomes a "perjury trap". Even a simple lapse in memory can get you jammed up. That is why I always say NEVER talk to cops.
@@strider8933 no you don't know what you're talking about.... these FBI agents were most likely trained in order to spot terrorists by just talking to them if they really thought he was a terrorist they would have raided him but they sent two FBI agents and asked a question... he'll probably be on the watch list for like 6 months and if there was nothing they would remove him....
It's a part of the process. It's because he did and admitted because he was caught to trespassing on a base which is why they are doing this. They have to do this as a part of the process. I mean think about it like this, how would you feel if you heard a terrorist killed people on an air force base after he had been caught trespassing and no one had investigated pass that initial arrest or escort out.
@@aaronmontgomery2055 That is the problem. He was NOT trespassing ON the base. He was filming from public property. Secondly, I am quite familiar with how investigations work. The GSA dot gov has them down for hotel rooms, all paid meals, and an hourly salary while traveling. Of course they couldn't Zoom that very revealing question.
If the F.B.I. "HAS NOTHING to do with the citation" then why are they there....unless to assert their 'supposed' authority?
If there was a citation issued on a federal facility (military poiice) and that citation generated a "review for terrorist intention" notice - the FBI, via Homeland Security, is the investigating authority per US Code. There is no local or state LEA notification required.
This visit, in essence, was the Air Force, via the FBI, saying "... we watched you watch us..." . I would say his license plate is on a watch if on base list now due to the citation.
Many may not agree with this particular tactic (the FBI visit) - but as a former military person, I can avow this happens quite often in relation to military security issues. Especially when people, even military, are sighted taking pictures on military bases, cruising on a look-see, etc.

Johnny 5-0 (JF0), I served in the military (20+years) ; If you were on a Military Installation, then they can the detain you, BUT if you did not know you were on the Military Installation then they can kick you off. If you refuse, they can Trespass you and transfer you to the local Police, to be removed. THAT is a big IF you committed a crime on the Military Base. If they say you're on Military property (have them show you the Line) If you are just outside of the line of demarcation, mostly painted Blue, Thats the line of the property. ** this is Important to understand** the laws on your side here: The law Posse Comitatus and Martial Law **read it** Bottom line up front (BLUF) the Security Force (Air Force SF) and the Military Police (Army MP's) (also includes the Navy, and Marines. CAN NOT enforce laws off base. Even if they enforce the same State and federal laws on post. If you're on base and commit a crime they can DETAIN you and transfer you the local Feds or COPS. But they can NOT do anything to you unless you committed a crime. Funny how the Works. The law was written a long time ago.
The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 prohibits the use of U.S. military forces to perform the tasks of civilian law enforcement such as arrest, apprehension, interrogation, and detention unless explicitly authorized by Congress. The Posse Comitatus Act, signed into law by President Rutherford B. Hayes on June 18, 1878, limits the power of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce U.S. laws and domestic policies within the borders of the United States. The law was passed as an amendment to an army appropriation bill following the end of Reconstruction and was subsequently amended in 1956 and 1981. As originally enacted in 1878, the Posse Comitatus Act applied only to the U.S. Army but was amended in 1956 to include the Air Force. In addition, the Department of the Navy has enacted regulations intended to apply the Posse Comitatus Act restrictions to the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The Posse Comitatus Act does not apply to the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard when acting in a law enforcement capacity within its own state when ordered by the governor of that state or in an adjacent state if invited by that state’s governor. Operating under the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Coast Guard is not covered by the Posse Comitatus Act. While the Coast Guard is an “armed service,” it also has both a maritime law enforcement mission and a federal regulatory agency mission. The Posse Comitatus Act was originally enacted due to the feeling of many members of Congress at the time that President Abraham Lincoln had exceeded his authority during the Civil War by suspending habeas corpus and creating military courts with jurisdiction over civilians. It should be noted that the Posse Comitatus Act greatly limits but does not eliminate the power of the President of the United States to declare "martial law," the assumption of all civilian police powers by the military. The president, under his or her constitutional powers to put down insurrection, rebellion, or invasion, may declare martial law when local law enforcement and court systems have ceased to function. For example, after the bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, President Roosevelt declared martial law in Hawaii at the request of the territorial governor.

I'm really new to this whole espionage genre of CZcams and I am loving it! Can you please explain what you meant by paper plates for fed? In other words these are fake agents? Questionable agents? Or something that if someone should have the FBI come to their door, expect?
Ya, I got a question. Is the FBI still involved in drug smuggling and human trafficking?
Of course they are
No. They have investigated themselves and found there is no connection between them and the 800,000 children that go missing each year. Podesta concurs as well as the Killary Killton foundation. And big pharma is an advocate of drug use, so we’re all good there.

Those agents don't wanna be there any more than that guy wants to deal with them, everyone is equally annoyed.
This was such a strange encounter. They said "we are NOT accusing you of being terrorists" but yet there they were asking questions. To drive so far for 4 minutes of conversation seemed like a waste of resources.
“ im not accusing you of being a terrorist” says the FBI agent on the joint counter terrorism force after driving to your house to ask one question.

Fantastic police work to drive 200 miles for a single question.
It’s incredible that an American citizen gets cited for videoing outside a U.S. military base and yet…
Having spent 24 years in the AF, I witnessed protesters yelling through megaphones just outside the base every year on the anniversary of the atomic bomb dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima. The protesters were always non-violent but they were loud and annoying. As military troops, we were commanded by our superiors to not confront the protesters nor in any way disrupt their protest; as it should be of course. They had every right to protest and I never saw any civilian or military police question them/ask for IDs/etc yet a man with a camera simply recording what he can see from a public sidewalk gets confronted, harassed, detained, cited by law enforcement and even questioned by the FBI.
Request a copy of the 302 investigative report conducted by the agent.
Why did I always think of the FBI agents as young and fit with nice suits.

Actually, not just in the movies. That was a case of movies imitating real life. FBI agents used to arrive on these visits with coat & tie. At least, that was my experience.
More likely cheap black suits and brown shoes with white socks. for real.

The country providing and protecting "Freedom & Democracy" all over the world can't do the same to its own citizens!
If they wanted to use your answer in any legal proceeding had they gotten a positive response, they would need to have been specific and actually used a sentence that would be clear enough to survive a defense attorney's questioning. What he should have said was, "While you were at Edwards Air Force base did you have any intentions of doing harm to anybody?" He accepts a simple, "No" to a convoluted statement."We just want to make sure that while you were there filming, okay, you don't have any intentions of doing any harm to anybody at Edwards Air Force Base or anything like that." You could have meant "Not, while I was filming" or "I wasn't filming" or "I don't have any intentions to do harm any longer (he used don't instead of didn't), but I did then." What a waste of time and money to send them all that way for such a pointless almost question.
Jags have noooo authority over civilians, he was blowing smoke.
No, he wasn't, the JAG would prefer the charge, and then hand that over to the US Attorneys Office for disposition and handling. That's how it works. It's not about who does the prosecution, it's about who STARTS the proceedings. Since the USAF is the aggrieved party, they are the ones that initiated proceedings. It is up to the US Attorney's office, US DOJ, to handle it from there. This isn't mysterious or secret in any way.
