Great guide as always. I chose the McLaren and did manage to get Gold after 8 laps of trying. I still want to improve my lap time using your guide. But with the camera you choose, it is difficult to see the brake bar with this cars livery (red on red). The same was the case with the Lap Time Challenge video Honda Civic / Lago Maggiore a couple of weeks ago (accelerator pedal, white on white). Suggestion: How about using the front bumper camera instead? Anyway, thank you for your videos, they are always very helpful.
Hi Sir, really sorry about this, I actually changed the livery to this one, did the lap then realised in editing that the red hides the brake bar. I will definitely pick a different colour next time for the livery and ENSURE both bars can be seen. I got some grief a while ago for using bumper cam so settled on bonnet cam for the videos even though I drove in bumper cam. Really appreciate your feedback mate I will get better 👍🏼 I think the McLaren is a decent bet on this track. Might give it a go if get time. Good luck mate 👍🏼
Well done mate thats a great time especially with the Jag !! I was considering the McLaren 650s but went with the Supra as it seems to be the meta car. Well done !!
Once I saw the Supra being the most common choice of car, I straight up went for the Subaru WRX and I got provisional gold for now with some breathing space. Still puzzles me why the Supra (both Gr.3 and 4 versions) doesn't fit me, but at least I can say that the Supra feels too understeering for my liking, which then made me ask, why don't other people use the WRX either then......?
I suppose when you get a free choice you just go with whatever is best for you. Turns out i quite like the Supra GR4, responds nicely to trail braking without being out of control, just need to be carefel on the throttle. The WRX is very solid (won a GT7 league title with this last year) !! Well done mate
@@stormmeansnowork well done mate. Sometimes it’s best to get to know a couple of cars intimately rather than trying to adapt your driving to fit another car.
