- Vietnam's Communist Party has said that the chairman of the country's parliament has resigned. Sixty-seven-year-old Vuong Dinh Hue is the fourth-highest figure in the country's political hierarchy and his resignation adds to further political uncertainty amid a sweeping anti-corruption purge.
The Strict actions against corruption show Việt Nam! Commitment to a transparent economy and politics.
His resignation is obvious because the Party's regulations are that he must be responsible if he looses control over his subordinates. In general, I really hope that Mr. Hue will be the next General Secretary, but unfortunately his subordinates made mistakes and he had to pay the price for it. It is not easy to become a chairman of the National Assembly.
Corruption in Vietnam is bad. Corruption in India is many times worse. At least Vietnam attempt to clean up.
They fight corruption but they ignore the cause of corruption which has been going for decades. It's gotten worse when Vietnam opened its door to the world. How can government officials, government workers survive or feed their families, food cost, school fees for their children... with such a ridiculous low monthly salary facing the rising prices.
@@thumtlnguyen3626 That's right. The Party and State are too focused on "fighting corruption" and not paying attention to "preventing corruption". Although many reasons have been pointed out: Ethics of officials, Operating mechanism of the political system, Sanctions for corruption, Salaries and incentives for officials. The Party carries out a lot of political, ideological and moral education for Party ministries but forgets to implement the following three measures. Recently, attention has been paid to salary increases, but it seems that they have not met the living needs of officials, especially officials living in large cities where prices are higher.
Corruption come from people in power without accountability.
It has to be existing in one party rule and dictatorship.
Comparing corruptions in Vietnam with those in China 🇨🇳
is like comparing a cup of water with the Great Lakes LOL
Lol that accurate
Important agreements that Vietnam 🇻🇳 *refused to sign* with China when Xi Jinping visited Vietnam were:
- Common Destiny with China,
- Teamimg with China against the US, and
- Vietnam's rare earth to be processed in China.
Vietnam's choice is based on: National interests come first. Vietnam always wants to be friends with all countries in the world on the condition that that country respects independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity, and respects Vietnam's political regime.
Don't spread nonsense and lies like Vietnam will process rare earth through China, who do you think you are? Our rare earths will be processed by us RIGHT IN VIETNAM and that has been agreed upon by the US, Japan and S.Korea, these are partners who have signed a cooperation agreement to exploit and develop Vietnam's rare earth resources. Vietnam has good relations with both the US and China, we are not against anyone.
A better and wiser Taiwan, but truly a country.
Việt Nam Muôn Năm !!!!!
Long live the glory of the Communist Party of Vietnam! ☭
Long live the great Socialist Republic of Vietnam! 🇻🇳
😂😂😂
🥴
Some argue that Vietnam is strongly combating corruption, however, it is essentially a power struggle, internal purges. Vietnam's current political situation is more unstable than ever, chaotic, when everyone is corrupt, you can understand what is happening.
Top2 and top4 are already resign
