Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I've done this in many builds, but I always forget where the button is. It would be much more aligned if it was in the setting page...
for me it resets the oc-scanner edited frequency curve after i saved the profile and click apply, even with the lock unlocked etc. any idea how to fix it?
Hi, I'm new to mining and I'm having a problem that drives me crazy. I have 2 GPUs and in both I have found their ideal profiles. The problem is that randomly and without changing anything, the AfterBurner program decides to change from my perfect profile to the factory state, that is, 100% power limit, 0 core clock, 0 memory clock. It's frustrating but I can't get it to always stay in the right profile. Might you help me? Thanks in advance.
Hi Alex, kindly check and confirm few points.. (1) is this happening after system restart? if yes then this is normal checkout the solution in this video. (2) try old and stable version of Afterburner (3) Most Imp. if your overclock settings are not proper it could be the reason for this. try different overclock setting and observe few times. You can also share your GPU model i'll try to share my over clock settings
@@Tech.Forest Thank you very much for answering so quickly. The answer to point 1 is: the PC does not restart, it simply continues mining but much less and since the configuration to which it changes is only the factory one, the temperature rises a lot because the fans also change to automatic. I just switched to version 4.6.3 of afterburner, until now I had version 4.6.4. And finally, I have 4 graphics divided into 2 PCs, that's what worries me because the problem occurs in 2 different computers and in any of the graphics randomly. On a computer I have a 3090 (power limit 90%, core clock -100, memory clock +1400, fan 90%) and a 2070 (power limit 69%, core clock -500, memory clock +900, fan 70%) and they can change any of the 2 automatically to power limit 100%, core clock 0, memory clock 0, fan auto. On the other computer I have a 3080 Ti (power limit 85%, core clock -300, memory clock +1500, fan 90%) and a 1060 6gb (power limit 69%, core clock +225, memory clock +675, fan 90). %) and the same thing happens, when you least expect it, change one of the 2 graphs to factory mode. Of course, never both at the same time. Do you know what could be happening? Thank you very much in advance.
HI Alex, you can try below overclock settings for some time to observe.hope your issue will get resolved. Overclock settings for mining with RTX 3080 Core Clock -150 / Memory Clock +900 / Power Limit 90% Overclock settings for mining with RTX 3090 Core Clock -300 / Memory Clock +950 / Power Limit 90%
I was trying to overclock mu Gpu (amd r5 m330) on my laptop , whenever I try to rise the core clock or memory clock on msi afterburner when I press apply everything is getting back to default, does anyone know the solution??
i love these types of people. Simple and straight forward! Good job!

@@AlexG-th4jn don't you think 225 is high for 1060 6GB ?

Click the windows symbol on the top right. It will turn blue when you save it set correctly.
... Doesn't waiting for a reply take significantly longer than watching a video that's only 3 minutes?
