Beautiful Life Philippines. Today I made amazing dish with Fiddlehead Ferns or Pako. Ferns are often picked in the wild and along the river. With freshly picked ferns I made fern salad with salted duck egg and ferns with sardines.

I am from the North eastern part of India... Fiddle head ferns are a favourite delicacy here as well.. Its great to see the commonality in cuisine ..racially also we are have similar features compared to the mainland India
