Today, I went to pick some Fiddlehead Ferns near the river. So fresh and healthy!
When I was young, elementary days. I used to pick this native Vegetable to sell in my neighborhood. They used to prepare this in adobo style or sauteed pako, Ensaladang Pako and Ginataang Pako hehe, yum I'm salivating while writing this. Anyways, I hope you all enjoy watching this video.

I still remember when i was living in Quezon province, during my childhood days, we also picked "pako" near riverside together with some "susu" and we cooked them as ginataang susu with pako. That was already 60 yrs ago.

Hmmm! Masarap ang labong pag hinaluan mo ng clams or sihi and gata. Igisa mo sa garlic onion and maraming luya and black pepper powder. Sarap nyan inaabangan namin nyan linalako sa kariton ang sarapppp nyan! Subukan mo ang recipe na yan kikita ka dyan!

Masarap lahat yan🤗...alam ko lahat gawin yan in my provincial childhood. My brothers, sisters and I used to go swim in the rivers and gather edibles like pakpako/fiddlehead ferns, in Ifugao. In Mountain province, fiddleheads also grow below the pine trees or beside the rivers, streams, and waterfalls.🤗🤗 God bless sa lahat sa iyong channel🌟🌟🌟 It is good!
