Love it how you talk to people... Alexis. The nervous system can relax and the body as well... Seems like I'm "using" those talks for the moment to have a relief in the body, from feeling incredibly stressed and therefore the contraction is getting tighter again....

So does the aparente me has ANY power to ever decide Anything? And of it doesn’t then all that happens to or with it : meditating, becoming a hamster, make a war , or love …. All is only happening… so in the same way all is perfect as it is…? Becoming a healer… interpreting symptoms according to emotions… there is no one there to make these things happen…. There should then be no worries about all… yet the taking parts on whatever, being for or against , the duality in other words also is APPARENTLY HAPPENING. for no one by no one and all is just a story 🎉and there is nothing to want , to become or to loose ( the me) there is only what is! In all of this where is the difference if any about having or not having me?
Indeed, the only difference is that all that is, is no longer claimed as objective experience (happening to me).
It just is what's appearing to happen. Seeking for wholeness falls away too, because wholeness is already what is. 💚
