I can’t get over how freaking good this channel is. Bro, you need to hit up some big programs and get paiiiiiid! No one is doing this. Keep up the good work.
hey coach love the video! I'm really excited to see you breakdown top position (imo the most important position in folkstyle),any chance we can see an arm Turk navy ride series? i would love to see that. keep up the good work on this phenomenal channel as well! -isaac
the biggest trouble i have is their leg coming up and i’m unable to stop them quad pod standing up. Even when i try to knee block i just end up literally floating with them.
Try giving them heavy hips. Actively use your hips to help you hold them down. Try to also remember to keep your arms behind their arms and your hips behind their hips it’ll help you keep control of them and if they are successful in standing up there’s a couple things you can do. if both hands and feet are on the ground i like to threaten the cradle or cow catcher and they’ll usually concede but with a better guy i just like to get in on his legs and put him back down or do a simple mat return after he stands all the way up.
Instead of chopping at the whistle. Try doing a spiral ride. I changed to that when I was having the same issue and it works out great. I feel like it helps me get my hips in a better position so that my hips help keep the opponent down. Stay on your toes and have heavy hips. Ride hard and all keep the pressure on them to ware them down. Hope this helps. Keep me posted.

Why coaches hate tilts
My workout partner my sophomore year of HS was a state placer the weight class above me. He worked this series. It sucked.
