You can also control the climate from your mobile app, and there is a “defrost car” option for heating it up in the winter before hopping in. It’s also common to schedule the climate control to to turn on at your desired time every day(s) you want it to so the car is comfortable before your commute etc. or you can pop open the app and enable climate on your way to your car after leaving somewhere heading back to the parking lot. Lots of great options. Tesla climate control is unmatched! They also have a special hvac system in their cars that is considered a modern marvel of engineering by those familiar with the tech.
