For standard format it is currently battle style to the current set. Expanded format the u can play a wider range of set

When evolving from basic to stage 1. Do I combine the HP's ?
whatever the stage 1 pokemon HP is that will be the new HP! If they pokemon you are evolving has damage already on it, the damage stays!
