That would be a good episode.
They have the same nose, they have the same dimples, they even have they have the same ears. Jim has brown eyes. Mary has blue eyes. Both Matthew and Woody both have blue eyes. As far as getting along, that is not a sibling trait. Coming to terms with having a criminal parent is not all that unusual, either. I wouldn't be surprised if Woody and Matthew were related.

Loved the part about the sisters finding each other!! I was adopted at birth in a closed adoption and found half sisters on both sides of my family. I lived near my paternal half sisters as an adult for many years, and didn’t know them. It was amazing to meet them in person. We were all living in an area that I wasn’t born or raised in but I just gravitated to. Thankful for DNA testing, and the kindness of strangers. Oh, and I found out I’m Latina and Native American on my fathers side. My parents always told me I was adopted but I’m not sure they knew I was Latina, although I was darker skinned than my adoptive family. I also have some west African and North African DNA heritage. I really love my DNA mixture!!
So I got nosey and started researching. Matthew has a brother nicknamed Rooster who looks more like Woody than he does🧐

My natural father died when I was almost 2 1/2. I only have 1 memory of him. But over the years, my mom would say that expression you had looked just like your dad. The way I hold my drink was a family trait on my dad's side. I only saw them 1 or 2 times a year. Also, I loved cooking, and my dad worked on a tug boat as the chef. He also had an uncanny mechanical ability. I inherited that, too. Just have a feeling or look at something to figure out how to fix things with no formal training. We share a love of fishing, and well, it's always made me happy that we shared abilities and interests plus physical characteristics. It is a way to feel close to him. I can't wait to meet him again in Paradise!
Mathew looks so much like the father that raised him I doubt they are half brothers. I think they resemble each other because of how close they are as friends. They are really lucky to have met. I’m still searching for my soul family- people you have such a strong positive connection with, that they feel like family.
This is insane I watch the reruns of the show "Cheers" and I've always thought Woodie looks like Mathew.

All of my life, people said that my younger brother and I looked like twins. Oddly, even though I'm female and he's male, there were even people who asked if we were identical twins. I know. Go figure. So, people's comments can be quite dumb. As an adult, I met a fourth cousin while doing genealogical research. He looked more like me than my brother did. So inherited genes can be quite strong.
I would be interested to see the DNA results for Matthew and Woody, but they might not be related at all.

The, looking like who you are around theory... I once worked with a man who had 2 kids with his wife. I kid you not, the son was a spitting image of the wife and the daughter looked just like my co-worker. So much so I even commented about how striking the resemblance was. Plot twist... both kids were adopted and not blood related to each other or the parents.🤯 They were adopted as newborns.

Nah, they're not brothers. They each look like the one they were told was their father. But they could easily get the answer by taking a DNA test.

I think Matthew looks like Jim McConaughey, his known father. He doesn't look anything like Woody Harrelson's dad. If i were Matthew, i would get that DNA test. What is there to be afraid of anyway?

These two are not brothers, just two actors trying to create interest for their new show. They do not look alike at all Woody during the Cheers days was cute, but Matthew is in a whole other category---- Alrighta Alrighta, Alrighta! For years I wondered if my family brought home the right baby when I was born. I didn't look like my two siblings at all. I was darker and my looks are very different from theirs, and my interests are very different. Though we have similar traits in our intelligence, work ethics, gaits, and smiles, could have been environmental. I asked my brother to take a DNA test and he came back as a definite sibling and we share nearly 30% DNA. Our makeup match remarkably close, though we look nothing alike. I do favor our maternal Great-Grandmother on our mother's father's side, and he is a dead ringer for a Great Uncle in the family that that Great grandmother married into. It was a relief to know that I grew up the right family. Thanks so much for doing this it was fun to explore possibilities.

Why do you think that thier Families have been so close for years.
Woody and Matthew do have the same eyes and jaw structure if you take a look closely.
On another note, you might want to go and check out Charles Harlson's murder cases and how close vs how far the two families lived apart from another, that where the real tea lies.
Oh, and just so you know moving forward, ain't nobody tripping over you thinking that Matthew McConaughey looks good in your eyes, you have already shown a picture of you and your husband and stated: "People say that my husband and me look alike"
So there really was no need to try and defend your opinion, and those that say you and your husband look alike, are really reaching and I hope that thier not anybody white saying this, because that would be a whole... nother problematic issues.
Also, your dad and your mom does look alike, not trying to be funny, but they do in the picture you showed, and there's nothing wrong or creepy about it, because when a man and a woman are truly in love for a lifetime they begin to take on facial characterustics like thier eyes and thier smile, because the husband and wife dynamic are a reflection 🪞 of one another, they are a part 〽️ of one another.
