Just saying, we have no control over Kris while we’re viewing Susie’s actions during both games. For all we know, Kris could be acting how he normally does without the influence of the player and him and Ralsei could be could be formulating some sort of plan
Maybe that's why he tries so hard to convince you to take control of susie.

@@daggerfly0087 Susie is more assertive than Noelle when we tell her to do things she listens because she wants to. If we told her to do something she didn't want to she can probably ignore us. We can't control monsters only give them commands.

The player has moments where they cannot control Kris because the forcibly remove their control/SOUL from their body

It's strange, before Chapter 2, all these comics had the Player and Kris as the same entity. We can't truly know their feelings toward Susie, Ralsei, and all the events and what ifs in these comics; they've always been our own.
So in this comic, his problem is treated like Tapion and Hirudegarn, where if he sleeps, this happens, so he refuses to sleep.
