- I've been taking the commando nonstop and it is my new favorite stratagem to combo with the jump pack. Hope you guys enjoy the highlights I saved up from my first 24 hours of spamming this all day.

Fun fact: Since the Commando has the same penetration as an Eagle Airstrike, you can actually destroy the bug hole by shooting next to it instead of into it. The explosion radius is pretty small though, so you still have to shoot fairly close to it.
As a fellow jump pack enjoyer, I can't BELIEVE I didn't think about commando's synergy sooner. That guidance makes it crazy with the pack since it largely negates the aim penalty of the jump. Crazy clips, ill be trying it out myself soon. It might be enough to dethrone the laser cannon as my main support.

The only thing i dont like about commando is it is useless against gunships, gunships are in general annoying because you HAVE use AMR or autocannon in bot missions to kill them effectively
Laser canon also works super well and the guided nature of commando can work for them as well if you keep tracking them as they move
Laser cannon is a war crime against gunships.
HMG works pretty good too. Takes a bit longer than the auto cannon on gunships and doesn't have great effectiveness at long ranges, but it has better sustain on berserkers, devastators, and easily pushes factory striders.
I main the plasma punisher amd commando so i have really no way to tske out gunships. Thats why i bring the rocket sentry. I prefer to use the slot for supply pack or jump pack tho. The other 2 go to robital gatling and precision strike ❤
How do I aim the commando after using the jumppack?
It's hard with the laser targeting turned on since the weapon won't be held looking forward and the rocket will try to follow wherever the commando is pointed out, but with it turned off (and with basically every other weapon as well), if you were to hold the aim button before the jump pack and continue holding it throughout the jump, your shots will still go forward. You can test this out with something like an smg and then once you get more familiar with it you can try it out with single shot weapons like EATs or the Commando. I'm still trying to get the hang out of it myself but hope that helps! Thanks for checking out the video!

A weapon designed for bots imo, i'd rather use any other rocket for bugs
I’ve been running EATs plus commando, some horde clear like gas strike and HMG emplacement for fun. Been cooking bugs pretty well!
It’s nice to have tons of AT availability at any time when the game spams chargers and titans at you
