You can use gorilla glue and glue the storage trays to the door card at the back as well as the top part to the door card so that the door card does not move all the e36 door cards break and sag that's how I fixed mine. For the door not opening from the outside if you can't see anything wrong with it, you could source another door in the same colour or get a rotten door for cheap and swap the internal stuff over? For the parcel shelf they all go purple when they came out of the factory they were black but what you can do is use black fabric spray I heard it works well I haven't done that to my e36 yet. 4 pots usually have small case diffs and shafts if you want a better ratio diff like a medium case that's in 6 pots you will need medium case drive shafts and the rear half of the prop from a 6 pot e36.
Pink injectors are 2.8, if your changing the diff to medium case. your need a medium case rear half off the prop. Personally if your going boosted route, your want a zf box as there stronger. Getrag box won't last long.

It’s not cracked mate it’s the tyre it’s goneee! Will get some thicker tyres on it 100%
