Well, I picked one up today and mounted it to my new mountain rifle. Let's see how it works out. So far really like the HUD and the glass seems on par. I was concerned that the clarity would be off similar to a range finding binocular. My only complaint is that the app calculations does not match AB elite and Hornaday 4DOF. It's close but off a few tenths.

@@BurrisOpticsCompany one thing I would recommend is to at least have temperature sensitive or the ability to put in different velocities so that you can build a curve and not have to have a few different profiles because of a temperature change. Or did I miss something in the app that allows this? I did take the scope out today and really like it so far.

You can change velocities and bullet weight etc in the Burris Connect app used to set up the scope. 👍

Does it function as a normal scope would in the event your on a back country cold weather hunt and you r battery dies? I understand it is a clickless turret but does the elevation turret still function if using the visual numbers on the dial for reference as opposed to the HUD?

Yes absolutely. If for some reason your electronics are off you can still use the scope as a traditional scope.

This is very similar to the Revic but at a much better price point! The Revic also takes in atmospheric conditions and elevation, does this do that also? Or is that something you can account for in the app?

Absolutely! In the app there is a section labeled "Environment Conditions" where you can adjust things manually, or use your current Density Altitude. If your location service is enabled on your phone and you have decent service there is even a "Request Environmental Data" and "Request Wind Speed" button. 😁

These are made in the Philippines and utilize on of our highest grades of glass. They are covered by our lifetime Forever Warranty.

Is it compatible with Thermo optic or is the heads up display not visible

What is its advantages over the latest eliminator,if any? Would have been more interesting would have been to have the rangefinder built in like the eliminator... then being able to dial the distance like the veracity PH all in one scope.
