yes and no. Antibirth is a community-mod that was developed while Edmund McMillen was still working on the Afterbirth+ Dlc. This meant that you could not simply download Antibirth in the community workshop (since mod support didn’t exist yet). Edmund decided that it would be a cool idea to add it as Dlc instead and turn it into official content. While most items, enemys, bosses and charakters from the mod will be added, Edmund has repeatedly stated that there is a lot of new content coming aswell. Like entire new alternative floors (Ashpit and Dross) with own bosses and enemys. And a new gamemode we do not know yet. Old floors will also receive new content. Additionally we‘ve seen a lot of graphical improvements, new sprites for existing enemys, improved floor backgrounds and new sounds. Binding of Isaac Repentance is not just a Dlc, but also an overhaul for the entire game.
Okay for the people just coming in It's a 15 dollar DLC, you meed Rebirth, AB, AND AB+ to play it, it will have physical releases and digital updates to Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox later this year, probably in September And yes, it's worth the 60 dollars. Base Rebirth can easily give over 300 hours, so this is easily gonna quintuple that.

It'll be worth it as long as it comes out in good shape.
