Just found this video today and fell in love with these pots. But, it turned into a very early winter here in Indiana and it's far too cold to be outside playing in concrete. Can't wait till it warms up enough to go back outside again (maybe 7 months!) Thank you so much for the beautiful things you create. The world needs more of you.
What kind of paint do you use? Have you considered the metallic looking paints? I was thinking they would be great in the copper or hammered bronze. Just thinking.

I love watching Helen, she such a sweetheart, nice to show us her projects. I made flower pot last week after watching her and wow it turns out beautiful. It is so expensive to buy big pots from stores and doing this is much cheaper. I plan to make more.

Such wonderful inspiration! I’m going to do some really large ones in this draped style and paint them like you did, then plunk existed basic pots inside them with plants and scatter throughout my hosta garden for a pop of art and color because it’s really tough to achieve color under shade of evergreens. Drilling a few holes in the bottom for drainage will be perfect. Thanks Helen!
So many lovely projects; I love them all. I went to Value Village last week and found 2 lrg. bags of towels for $5 each with these draped pots in mind. (2 bath sheets, 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 3 fingertip towels, 5 facecloths) Enough to make quite a few for only $10.
