I don’t understand how anyone could give Miss Helen a thumbs down. A true southern belle. Gentle and kind. Hard working and willing to share her gifts with whoever may need them. Does beautiful work. And if there’s a “lull” in the video we get the lovely sound of sweet singing birds. This is peace at its best. Awesome.

I'm not sure what that recipe calls for...6 concrete, 6 and 6 is12 sand?...I can figure it out, but let me know when she makes a rum cake! She is simply delightful.

I was very worried that I would not be to continue working on large projects as I am getting older …I now watch you every morning as you give me so much joy and inspiration… I hope to be just like you …always making, always discovering.

I fell in love with her, when she said "this beautiful day the Lord has made...," We need more content from our elders, so that knowledge is passed on. I picked up important details for my project because she didn't ff or rush through her process. Thank you Ms. @helen wyatt.
Same here she is amazing, I wish these young children these days would value EVERYTHING our elders passed on , my grandparents are gone and missed dearly but I know the stuff they taught me was out of love. Folks aren't going to steady try to steer ya wrong they lived through this all, they pass it on out of love. I try to tell my children that often. Helen is still applying the cement and I'm already planning my own. She is such a lovely woman and just listening to her has put me at peace to begin my day. This video shows to be 3yrs old and I pray she is still creating beauty and calm.

I love love love it! I'm 74 and still going strong with painting murals, epoxy resin painting of tables, etc., making slipcovers for outdoor furniture, etc. I'm raising my 13 year old grandson, playing tennis 3 times a week, learning to surf, etc. Stay busy and active -- it's what keeps Helen and me young!
You’re lucky that you’ve been able to hold on to your health. I agree that the way to stay young is by keeping active. But those of us with disabilities have a hard time doing that. I’m really going to make an effort though to do what I can so my last few years will be my best! Thanks for the encouragement!-Susan

This video took me back to my childhood. Helen reminds me so much of my own grandmothers. I love that she does fun projects like these and films them❤️ being creative gives us life. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this!

Helen reminds me of my own mother who wasn't afraid to take on life's challenges. " Inspirational" and "brave" are words that come to mind. Don't ever slow down, Helen!
I think of my mom who was born 2 months premature in a horse drawn wagon in the 20s. Inspirational and brave describe her but the description of her I most use is a tough old battle axe. Well. I am substituting battle axe for the real word I use. She never showed fear of anything. Not a skunk in the chicken house or even a violent human. She was the best mom ever. Today is mother's day 2021 and she is so on my mind. We lost her in 1990. My daughter reminds me so much of my mom. Shows no fear. 5' nothin and not afraid of an attacking pit bull or a 6'5" man trying to force his way into our house. Those men are afraid of her!!!!

Miss Helen, that is the prettiest bird bath I have ever seen. Those sweet little birdies will be so happy to bathe in there and you will be so proud and happy to watch them. God sure blessed you with a talent to work with cement the way you do. I'm in Calif and don't have my granny anymore so I really do enjoy watching your videos. It's so sad the way you suffered with covid but the good Lord brought you thru it. I hope you don't have too many problems in the future because of covid. I am 64 and I live with my 91 year old mother. I showed her one of your videos over a year ago and she really enjoyed it. It's nice to have such an uplifting video like you make when I get down and have a bad day. They cheer me right up. God bless you Helen (& your family) and thank you for all you do for your fans. Absolutely fantastic !, I’ve been wanting to find some creative projects to do while fighting Covid lockdown boredom and bingo, here comes Helen to the rescue. I’m 70 but I’m still strong enough to stir cement! I’m in Jamaica and we have beautiful breadfruit and banana leaves that will be great for a project like this. Thanks much

omg I am going to be spending the rest of the day peeling my jaw off the ground. Her only problem is it's way too valuable to put outside and use as a birdbath now that it is painted. I have been a pro artist since about 1986. I have been very lost without my husband's granny (who was also named Helen) to show me the way. She showed me a lot about how to live out in the country, but she never did get to show me her secret for casting concrete, and I was afraid to try it. We live on her farm now, and I think when my kid and I do this project, she will be very proud of us up there in heaven, lol. I am so glad I found you today, you even sound like Granny. I know she would have wanted a beautiful birdbath in her yard like this. Maybe I will make a garden like she always wanted, with rose bushes.
Girl, you are amazing. You taught me how to make a base and to pull the PVC pipe center post 4" up from the bottom of the mold so I don't have to fight pulling the pipe out of the base. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻♥️⭐⭐🇺🇸
