  • I decided to make a video on the basic frontcarry 'Front Wrap Cross Carry' using a long woven wrap.
Talking about tightening & adding twists for a newborn.

Your tutorials are so good! I bought my first woven wrap a few months ago and I've been watching your videos to learn how to use it. Many other tutorials are quite difficult to follow so every time I end up to check your advice and tips :)

Love your tutorials! You’ve taught me so much in my years of baby wearing. Thank you! May I ask what wrap this is that you’re using? It’s beautiful and vibrant. My vibe!

I have trouble getting my clothing all bunched up while tightening. If I am wearing looser fitting clothing like a sweatshirt, how do I avoid getting it all pulled awkwardly?

That's hard to avoid. Pulling my clothes down / correcting it after tightening is what I tend to do. I wear long tops as a base layer, which I can tuck into my trousers. (To avoid suddenly showing my lower back or belly 😅 when my shirt gets pulled or twisted upwards during wrapping)

I always fear I will make it too tight.. is that even possible?

You can test the pressure on your child's neck or at the kneepits by putting your fingers between their skin and the edge of the wrap. A baby will definitely complain if it's uncomfortable 🍀🍀
