Sleepy Hollow (1999) really makes you feel like Halloween

- A short recommendation for one of my favorite Halloween movies. Sleepy Hollow doesn't get as much praise as I think it deserves for what it is, it isn't perfect but for me it's a halloween classic. Do you agree? Do you hate it? Do you think the show is better, if so please leave immediately.

This movie used to scare me so much when I was little, the floorboard scene specifically.

"Ichabod's talking about a bunch of nerd shit and they want him to shut up" - Ah yes, the inciting impetus to all great stories. Sleepy Hollow just nails the vibe so well! The absolute best out of that microcosm of gothic horror revivals from the 90s(Dracula, Frankenstein, etc.), which are all fun in their own way. Great vid, looking forward to many more!

That version of Sleepy Hollow is the quintessential Halloween movie! Great atmosphere and editing on this video.
The headless horseman appears in a side quest in assassins creed 3, where you investigate rumors that turn out to be true. In assassins creed rogue you can actually visit Sleepy Hollow, where you find a pumpkin by the graveyard, by shooting it the headless horseman will appear and he will try to kill you.
I didn't quite understand the reference until this video, now i know someone at Ubisoft really love this movie, kinda cool.
