- The Pacha Club in Ibiza is one of the most famous clubs in the world. During the season the techno club night SOLOMUN+1 is an absolut highlight on the party island. The creative team from flora&faunavisions explains their approach to create a stunning club design for the DJ icon. After the pandemic, the Spanish club invested in an exciting design object with kinetically movable LED hexagons. You will get first-hand infos about the club's lighting design from Lighting Designer Chris Moylan. The lighting and video design concept is usually controlled weekly by the Berlin LD Lars Murasch. On top Pacha's technical director Toni Prats Ferrer summarizes the excellent club equipment and PA.

Hi guys, I'm just happy to see my Sharpys and Martin and two blinder all at Solomun :) I'm a technician at Rentall Germany and I cleaned the lamps all by myself checked. I am very happy that they are on my favourite island Ibiza.

One of my favourite club spaces and nights with brilliant sound, visuals and music.
Only let down as an attendee is that the club is FAR too crowded to be enjoyable, or actually, you know... Dance.
Obviously there's the extortionate cost of drinks and WATER in Pacha too, but I actually could nearly forgive it if they weren't trying to pack the whole island in until it's literally dangerous.
Props to the creative team though, the production here is fantastic, and I'm so happy I got to witness it!
Exactly. No one wants to talk about this. Have you tried Hi recently? Its packed to the point of being dangerous. It feels like profit over anything else. The club goers, who made this whole thing possible, are not getting the experience they deserve.

Fernando, right, the Pacha is really very well equipped. Intense beams, wild strobes and that's a crazy feeling on the dance floor when the LED kinetics come very close to the ravers. It's worth spending a weekend there.

It is so amazing to see this next level of integrated vertical production, beautiful result & congratulations to the talented team that put all this together. We didn't have anything close to this level of EDM integrated event production in the 90's.

I hope one day to be able to visit SOLOMUN+1, not to party, but more so to be able to experience and appreciate in person, all the work and dedication all the talented individuals beyond the DJ, who truly works effortlessly to set the stage, allowing for the show to happen.
I am from brazil and i went to one sunday night party in ibiza this year (2022), and it was the best expirience in my life.
I went to 3 others clubs in ibiza too, and was not even close to this...
I hope i can go to pacha ibiza one day again

too many lights in clubs these days ruins the vibe. dance floors should be dark so people can really let themselves go without having to be self conscious about how they look
You should not be self conscious about how you look don’t matter if the lights are on. That’s how the electronic music industry started in the first place lmao
The fact the lighting designer thought it was a great thing that everyone on the night would be taking photos of his lighting rig really says it all… music becomes a sideshow…
Only noobs would think visuals don't matter when it comes to dance music.
@@yonchrr Nah, the best clubs have minimal lighting to really set the mood. Depends on the type of music too.
