A full tour of The Mall in Maidstone Kent, including a look at the refurbished bus station with a fantastic mural at the King Street entrance. There was music playing in The Mall so had to put royalty free music on this video.

Lived in Maidstone 56 years ago,..went back last year,...a lot of changes since then....but still the best in England.....Ireland.

@@klfproductions1445 it was the stoneborough for me too; lived in maidstone since 1965; moved to france in 2007. still miss being able to doss around maidstone; the only shops that i seem to recognise are Tj hughes, glad thats still there, boots superdrug and rooks; lovely butchers; nice to see mcdonalds still there; unfortunately lots of spaces for shops to set up but i guess with the economic downturn; the spaces speak for themselves; love the new bus station thanks for the trip down memory lane x

Enjoyed this video and music you added. The bus station looks much upgraded, but where were the buses? The Mall Shopping Centre looked rather quiet - perhaps it was during the week.

More like an airport than a Mall. The glam has been well and truly wiped from the Mall since the 90's, now they are just dull and boring.
