My son has a six pack. Took him 6 years. He earned it the hard way. You can't buy pride in a graet accomplishment. self'discipline. consistency and hard work. You can't buy that feeling.

getting it isn't the hard part, any skinny guy can have a six pack. The hard part is gaining muscle and maintaining it while gaining complete symmetry. Lower fat is really hard to burn off and for most men its the last place to burn off since its the 1st place it accumulates at. 6 years of dedication is definitely commendable, I'd be willing to bet he probably has good muscle mass too not just a six pack..that type of pride is only earned although some people may never see themselves at this peak condition so I say why not let them live their dream even if its only momentarily as long as its not a foreign object I think being able to safely reshape like that is kinda interesting
