The apartment manager or someone that works there , I would question the grounds keeper, maintenance people... old tenants, all the surrounding tenants, that knew that apartment was empty.. this is crazy.. I would also be checking out any airbnb type apts in that complex. A previous guest coukd have easily taken a copy of an entrance key to use at a later date. That's all he would need to gain access..or previous knowledge of an entry code on a main door. You would get that if you had rented an apt in there before.

So I would be interviewing owner of the place and everyone that knows him/her. Also what about traffic cameras, cameras outside of near by businesses. There has to be some sort of trail, evidence. The club owners probably know the guy that was flashing his money to the ladies. People are obviously not speak up. Which is really saf what if it were ur sister, mother, aunt etc???

@@Tiggaknock 👍 that's one way to make it happen. Then after the cameras are installed police will need to monitor the footage/have access to it. Who will control them. Maybe have a private company be incontrol of maintenance of the equipment, storage and accessing the recorded data.
It's easy to say but a lot of planning and procedures have to be put in place to make things happen.
Plus christian thinks having camera reduces crimes....nope they just make it easier sometimes to catch criminals. Cameras don't stop stores from being robbed or children from getting snatched off the street.

Okay, people. There is a 20 year old woman who is somebody's daughter, who is now missing. That's where the focus needs to be. Okay, if she was a stripper for a living that was a high-risk lifestyle for sure, but does not justify anything.
