- Hello CZcams! I'm making Genshin Impact videos! And in today's video we'll be testing Cloudforged. We'll test how this weapon performs on Tighnari, Sethos, Yoimiya, Fisch and Venti. And Compare Cloudforged with other Free to Play weapons! Is Cloudforged worth to leve up? Let's find out!

I’m not sure it would make much difference, but I feel like you should also have tested sethos’ charged shot playstyle with cloudforged because then you do max out the passive

I always fully refine and level up event weapons, useful or not. Sometimes it pays off, both my Furina and Xianyun have old event weapons and I am happy.
....oh how I wish I had those particular event weapons hahaha
I have Gaming on ultimate mega magic sword, which is an event weapon. I really enjoy the energy recharge! I did just like you, leveled up the event weapons i can get my hands on.

Same, though I mostly do it for the weapon XP boost so I don't have to worry about using more mats on it later.

1 thing to consider is f2p! im new to the game and even tho i have a copy of Rust, not having it on R5 would massively lower the passive from 80% all the way to 40% at which point i think a free R5 cloudforged might already be 1/1 or even ahead, especially since the test was done with only 1 proc on cloud.
So i would be really interested to see some test against R0 4* weapons.

tighnari is actually attack scaling, he benefits from em a little bit but his talent levels scale off atk!

I think Sethos is designed to play in quickbloom as the seed trigger.
Theres been so many bows i dont have enough bow users! I saw this and was about to yo level it up for the discount but then i also saw lyney's bow sitting at lvl 0 and said i should probably use that

The new event weapon i think would work best in hyperbloom with Sethos since it benefits in EM. Would like to see it on quickbloom!
soo... Full EM Sethos?
@@brilleon not really. Quick bloom is you still aggrevate but you'll get occasional 24k-28k X2 from hyperbloom. Full em is a DPS loss
@@scent4heaventhe difference between full em and a normal build it's not even that big , with hunters path you can literally run triple em and it would do same dmg
Fun fact: Using N2 cancel is better than N3 when using Sethos' burst
I always build up a new weapon, but thats mostly because I play on a wishless account, but I got every single event and craftable weapon up to lvl 80 so its kinda cool. mostly just a flex because my wishless account Isn't starving for resources of any sort.
ngl sometimes it is very hard to find compare on event weapons/fishing weapon(other than the catch
I leveled it up for Collei even though she can only get 1 stack. Bloom Collei.
The only way to make good use is to go with hyperbloom, burgeon or Nilou bloom teams. Collei can be great using it with Nilou.
Also if burst cooldown is 12 or 15 seconds it is possible to activate full stacks, but that takes quite a lot of considerations as it demands short rotations.
Collei is supposed to maintain the Dendro aura in Nilou teams, so that your 2nd Hydro character (built with EM) can trigger more bloom reactions. Collei might trigger the occasional bloom, but a small damage increase for those few blooms isn't worth it, considering losing the extra application and ER Sacrificial Bow grants her.
Lv it up for my pure EM Venti.
The new Bow is currently the highest EM stat stick Bow wich made it in my opinion better than Stringless for that build.
With an Hybrid Build that has crit and Atk then yes Stringless is better.
I‘m still sad that Hoyoverse give us every year a free Event weapon that can’t compete with a 3* weapon…
Cloudforged is the best in sethos Quickbloom, In aggravate Sling shot is always going to be better
And sethos heavy EM scalings make you want to be played in quickbloom and trigger hyperblooms too because it's free damage
As an Aggravate triggers to enable fischl we have keqing and clorinde already that are better
You'll save 1/3rd of the (non-ascension) resources, not 50%, no? It's a 50% increase in xp gained, rather than a 50% reduction in the xp needed, if I recall correctly.
Yes. Every mats is directly doubled so you save 50%.

I mean, you (and I) got a 50% leveling bonus, so that's less farming. I have a lot of my weapons at 80 still because of the farming.

@@thewanderingartists I always build event weapons because I keep seeing Festering Desire and Cinnabar Spindle in the top weapons for different sword characters and it's always "this is their second or third, if you have them." I don't know if that's going to happen with CloudForged (it doesn't look like it) but at least I have a 4-star bow I got to build for cheap.
how about Childe with Shimenawa in EC or hyperbloom, both teams favor EM on him and this allows him to lower his energy twice
Childe doesn't trigger the Hyperblooms and for Taser it's never worth building EM over attack.

Usually I level up event weapons but not this time. This garbage is useless so was Iblis piercer. Slingshot is OP.
free 4 star weapons are not good , last one we got was polarm something hp% and its worse than 3 star black tassel .....
The polearm was pretty good. Extremely good on Yaoyao and Chevreuse. If we get more HP scaling polearm healers, it's undoubtedly going to be a great option for them.

all free given bows are bad. We did not got a single good one.
probably because lots of main dps are bow users. So its a character you usually expend more and they want you to whale. They don't want to give a good bow and they REALLY do not want to give a hp polearm that fits zhongli.
No, it is not bad at all if you consider new accounts or F2P accounts. If you have a BiS already for your main then it is fodder like every single other weapon.
For the characters where a 3 star bow outdoes it, yes, it is kind of bad. Everyone either should have or, if brand new, can easily get, R5 of those. For the ones using a four star bow, it'll depend a bit on the refines. The Rust being used in this test was R5, while the Stringless was R4. So if you only have R1 of those, or don't have them at all...

urm... venti is best for full EM build... full EM venti does better dmg than normal venti build for reactions play style.. for anemo dmg ppl don't really use venti for that now.. so cloud forge better than stringless for full EM venti..
