My properties were doing great but eventually I turned to long term rent as it was less time consuming. I'm sure you've probably dealt with maybe 1 in every 1,000 guests, where all they want to do is complain. This way they try to get a partial or full refund. And you know they are just trying to get one over on you to get a free trip out of it. Have you ever had such an experience, where the guest just pushed the issue for a refund because they were so "unhappy" with their stay and how did you handle it? Thanks
