By carefully selecting the right locations and providing top-notch hospitality, my Airbnb investments have consistently outperformed traditional real estate. 💼😊. I'm getting started this week. I have a really nice home paid for in the suburbs of Detroit and a 450k lakefront home paid for close to Chicago. I'm going to stay in my building that's paid for if I have any bookings. I already bought a building to build a mini self storage facility but I'm thinking about just selling that building. I'm a licensed builder that owns a construction company with heavy equipment. I was thinking about building brand new homes and airbnb them. I'm glad you mentioned your new construction projects.

Thank you so much for this video, I am actually sending my cleaners the cleaning schedule manually as I get reservations. I would love to know what tool or system you use so the cleaners are automatically notified with schedule changes.
I use TurnoverBNB to automate my cleanings.
Hey Mariam, I’m pretty sure they use “Guesty for hosts” which is the software I use as well. Great software for automating guest communication and managing your calendars in one place as it links to Airbnb and VRBO. Once set up, as soon as guests book, software can send text to your cleaner that includes length of stay, amount of people, guest info and can also include task list for the clean. You can also share with your cleaner a link to your calendar on the software. 🤙

I have found through a lot of doing Airbnb and real estate that the best coaches have the lowest fees. If they’re program is $10,000 or above then go to Pace Morby. MUCH more value than just one aspect of real estate and the same price. You can also go to Sean Rakidzich channel: he gives ALL the info away and his course is like $500. People make millions selling $2 ebooks: don’t invest too much before your making money

You both forgot to deduct all the expenses for each home including taxes , insurance , ect, ect. Please do that & then give us the actual total profit in your pocket for each home. That way us folks have a complete realistic expense understanding. Thanks.
