In this video I continue my epic ride through the heart of Guyana towards Boa Vista, Brazil. This former British colony is mostly tropical rainforest (and thus tropical rains are plentiful!).
This second part of the Linden-Lethem trail (road), I am riding together with my new German friend Torsten (check out his CZcams Channel: @NurEinUmwegEntfernt ). While I narrowly survived a near death experience, we were also very lucky with the weather as we 'weathered' the last part of this very challenging route with a badly broken rear suspension.
In October 2022, I left Vancouver to ride solo to the most southern tip of South America and back. Well… solo until Buenos Aires as I was joined by a couple of friends to complete the last bit to the end of the world. Ever since, I’ve been on my own again.
The plan is to ride more than 60,000 kilometers through 23 countries. Wish me luck!

I’ll have to visit longer another time. Unfortunately, it was my priority to find a replacement rear suspension so I would stop yo-yoing on the motorbike! 🤷🏻♂️😝
That's what those mounts are...I thought they were ants. The waterfalls is also beautiful. I visited during Easter a few years ago. I love the journey from Lethem, Guyana to Boa Vista, Brazil! Yes, that little shop in the middle of nowhere was a pleasant surprise. Not every day you get to play pool in the middle of the forrest and vibing with strangers who are like good old friends. ❤

Closest dealership to you would be Belém, I think. Just in case you need parts. The plant is in Manaus, where there is also a dealer.
