Tom looks to have been assaulted, and killed, and the film portrays his nightmarish experience: from the re-living of the trauma again and again, to his utter aloneness and desperate fight for life at the cusp of death. A terrific short film!
And there was me, thinking he was hiding and being forced to confront the monster/murderer within himself by his conscience.
Well done! Your depiction of isolation and loneliness being compounded by the fear that it will always be a part of his life and the fear of what would happen if he faced it head-on.

I really enjoyed this. Good acting, creepy atmosphere, interesting plot, intense build up, a sympathetic protagonist, and quite surprising and poignant twist ending. I especially liked the protagonist's inner monologues, and the literally eye-opening last scene. I suspect he was either having a really bad nightmare, or he was in a coma for quite some time. I really like watching these short movies on CZcams; a great chance for new filmmakers to put up their work and show their talent. Being an aspiring screenwriter myself, I find that really enjoyable and inspiring. Keep up the great work, you are talented. I will definitely watch your other videos.

Well the conflict is obvious. The boy has a severe potassium deficiency. He chooses to eat an apple every day for 4 days, which is low in potassium. Symptoms of low potassium include muscle weakness, fatigue, and confusion all of which are fully displayed in Mr boy here. Any time he falls asleep, in other words when his subconscious takes the wheel, it’s his subconscious that tries to get him to get up and eat the banana instead, which is high in potassium.
Once Mr boy finally eats the banana he has enough energy to break the TV and go down the hall and finally barge out the door. But rele it might seem that was just a fully played out dream his subconscious was showing him as he woke up at the very end of the film.
So rele his subconscious said “ok idiot, I’m trying to wake up and get up a banana but you just lock a door. I give you constant signs u r killing yourself (blood in shower) but u just ignore me. So let me walk you through it in a very detailed dream: eat a banana and you can leave”
