You are a women after my own heart. My mother and father were Anglo Indians and I grew up with good food like this, unfortunately I forgot a lot of the recipes my parents cooked and can't buy this food in any shops or takeaways so it's great to cook these things at home. Thank you so much for sharing these recipes you've taught me so much. Much love 💘

You used the term keema which I wasn't fimiliar with. I thought it was a type of savoury minced/ground meat. Had to google. Now it got it. It's just minced/ground meat.
And btw an amazing recipe.❤
I do apologise, but yes keema is just mince 😊👍
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes no stress. Good to learn. Much Appreciated

lol xxx
Looks great. What's green chilli paste? Just normal g chilli blitzed?
Yes Rizwan, with a little water added in to make them easy to blitz.
Hey luv , if I want to freeze them how do I need to do dis? Do I need first fry them then freeze ? Nd for hw long they okay in the freezer
Hi Atika, no need to fry them. Just make the patties and lay them flat on some greaseproof paper either on a baking tray or flat in the freezer compartment. Once they've frozen over say maybe in 4/5 hours, just place them in either a zip lock bag or container and freeze for up to 3 months. Just take as many as needed out let them defrost naturally and dip into whisked egg and fry as shown in the video. 😊👍
Hii, can you bake these?
How about using bread crumbs after dipping in egg and before frying?
You can if you wanted to 😊👍
Can you show some vegetables recipes please
Yes most certainly I've a few ready to be filmed 😀
What can we substitute egg with ?
Thank you for the recipe
Hi Narinn, you may use breadcrumbs as a substitute to the egg. Be sure to dip the pattie in a corn flour slurry first then breadcrumbs so they stick.
Hello I try to do it today but it didn't stay together when I put them in the hot pan and it wasn't crispy like yours 😔but still test nice xx
Oh no Hayat, was the oil like really hot? As that is what comes to mind when they don't hold their shape whilst frying.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes it was hot . Should I have put it in when the oil was medium hot? Xx
Kia Ora (Hello) from New Zealand! That is a recipe that I must try. Do you have any thoughts on coating the cutlets with Panko breadcrumbs?
Hi Kia, yes you can coat them in panko breadcrumbs too after diping them in the eggwash that is and just fry as normal. Works equally well. 😊
✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅did this today using your video
Thanks for your comment, I hope you liked it!
Subscribed. You are beautiful ❤️ mashallah 😀 xx
Thank you so much!!
How do you serve these, as a starter? 🥰
Yes 👍 with a nice chutney
Your recipe s are so delicious bring back memories ❤r😊❤ilovee all your recipe, your explanation is very good thanks may Allah bless you abundantly
What about simply taking the egg-dipped cutlets and baking them, instead of a deep fry? Or instead of egg dip coat with thin layer of oil, then bake?
Please use a lemon squeezer instead of dropping lemon seeds in the food
