This little cheap version is exactly why I started to build my sculptures by hand with high quality and hand balanced/tuned. I knew these things could be better made and balanced and have a far wider range of motion!

I to have begun begun building my own counterbalance toys such as the one in your video. However I am having a bit of a problem getting them balanced. What is the best way to go about finding that true balance location when building. Thanks in advance and I just love your videos!!!

This type doesn't stand in one foot, to make it work perfectly put it in two feet

It works on the principal of counter balance i.e center of gravity is maintained using the weights in opposite direction
