In my childhood one of my relatives had the magic drinking bird at his home and during a visit along with my mom and dad I got so fascinated by it that I requested my parents to take that very toy back home to which my relative also agreed :-) my father also brought another for me. had both in my collection for many years. A sweet memory.

I bought the Moon lamp thinking it would be awesome. But it doesn't change between warm and cool light. It's a really cold purplish color thats exactly what you don't want in a lamp. Especially a "MOON LAMP."

The explanation of how the drinking bird works is not correct, but is still a very fun piece to have. i entertained my elementary classes for many years with one.
