This is the first time I’ve even heard of Milo. He is very articulate, speaks truth (most feminists are not visually inviting), calls people out and he has great hair. Love it. I think I’ll tune in.

I used to call myself a feminist. I can’t align with anything they stand for now. I’m old. Milo is awesome. Because whether you like what he says or not it doesn’t matter. The whole point of free speech is to support speech you don’t like. As a kid I asked my mom why are they allowing the kkk to match in our city? Free speech. What happened is people against racism and all that bs had a rally at the same time. The kkk rally was void of people. That’s how you deal with people with ridiculous ideas. You are indifferent. You go the other way. Comedians aren’t funny anymore. I used to love black and white comedians who made fun of black and white people. It wasn’t malicious. It made us be be able to laugh at ourselves. And realize deep down we’re all the same. I miss that.

Absolutely true. People today don't understand that just because you hate something a person said, that doesn't make it hate speech. That makes you a weak minded simpleton that cannot separate opinions from reality. If someone says something about me that is flat out malicious, vicious, or harsh, I have a choice to make. I can either listen to it and become angry, maybe because there is a bit of truth to it, or I can choose to ignore it because opinions from people who offer nothing of value to a conversation do NOT need to be taken seriously. To add onto that, even if the mean things someone says is true, it is better to take what they say as criticism and look into yourself to see if it is true. Maybe there is room for improvement. Maybe you really are an insufferable jerk and could lighten up a little.
The most important takeaway to this conversation is that when people say things you do not like, it is YOUR choice how you feel about and respond to that. It is natural to feel hurt when someone says something mean or cruel, but it is a personal choice to let it ruin your mood or your day. If people believe that it is not a personal choice, then they are emotionally infantile and need to grow up. The world shouldn't cater to emotionally fragile people, and ultimately it doesn't.

I enjoyed your review of Milo’s interview. I don’t agree with Milo on all his views but he is definitely entertaining to watch…he is comedic, intelligent and so staunch in his views even in the face of harsh criticism.
"Hate" is subjective. What you may find hateful, I may not and vice versa. So it's quite disingenuous to say someone "stirs up hate".
If you're a free speech advocate like Milo, then nothing is off limits.
Yes. Hate is an internal feeling of an individual. that is the only functional definition of what hate is. Therefore hate can be but not have to be expressed in speech by the speaker. The unsolvable problem is that hate (or lack of it) can be communicated unsuccesfully to the other side (the listener) and therefore any hate speech legislation will always be unusable because you will never be able to get correct picture of inner mental state of the individual (is he hateful?) from such unreliable and confusing tool as speech. The only way hate speech legislation can work is if the individual in question is strapped to the mind reading interrogation machine - that can show us if hes hateful from his physiological reactions. Maybe. But thats for sure not how the left uses it.

Milo's Brilliant, been watching him a long time. He says it like it is, and blatantly, and they dont like it.
I saw an interview where he said he was molested as a 13-year-old by a priest, and he seemed to think he was in control of the situation. I felt so sorry for him at that moment and realized he was very brainwashed by this person; I saw how he was confronted with this reality and after he married, he decided he had made a mistake and that he may not be gay but was manipulated into thinking he was by the experience. They live as roommates now and he is trying to explain that maybe this has happened to other people.

I was skeptical about Milo b/c of what I’d read and heard in the media. Then I watched an interview and some other videos and he’s definitely his own brand. He is highly intelligent and has quite the knack for weaving culture and politics together in a way that no one else can. He doesn’t apologize for anything he says and I think that’s what people like about him. Real people can tell who other real people are. Birds of a feather flock together. Same for the other side….

Have loved Milo forever. He was to be the Grand Marshall at the Straight Pride parade in Boston a few years back until the "outrage" forced it to be canceled. He has a great sense of humor and love that about him.
