This is a story about a crew of 4 (Sigurd, Desmond, Jess, & Richard) flying through space with the objective of collecting scrap on different abandoned moons to deliver to “The Company”. Unfortunately, these moons are infested with unworldly creatures who aren’t welcoming any visitors.

Wow, I can’t believe it's finished, this was definitely my most challenging video yet (almost gave up a few times lol). I just hope you guys get some enjoyment from the past few months of me animating. It's definitely been a mix of fun and frustration but that's just part of life. I could definitely see myself finishing the series though.

This is fantastic, but I hope you'll have VAs offering to help soon. Nothing wrong with using AI if you can't find the right people with a passion project, but the voices occasionally throw me off. Aside from that, this is amazing

man making this Sigurd's team/story was such a clever idea for telling a narrative with this game. Lots of room to explore, add, and embellish, but it still feels very much an extension of the OG game lore.
Finally, a good video to watch while eating.

I don't know how this is possible without a Netflix deal and a full-scale animation studio. 10/10 production on all fronts.

only pet peeve i have with this is that it uses ai voices. Not because they're cheap but just because they dont express as much emotion as actual real humans. They just feel like robots programmed to act like humans. But hey, some people might like it.

Lots of time, and lots of experience. Plus, blender is a really, really powerful program, and based on how it looks this feels like it was made in blender.

FINALLY. Someone uses the shovel for something other than blunt force trauma. The sheer catharsis of seeing them chop a snare flea in half is amazing.
The Doom music playing only for that part was hilarious

Just shared this with friends, really excited for the prospect of a continuation. That said, I do have a little constructive critique.
The use of bombastic music throughout made this feel like a compressed Marvel movie. Also the build up in that bombast when the monstet drops from the ceiling only for it to get one-shot with the shovel felt really anti climatic, and made it much harder to engage with the rising stakes of the third act because I wasn't sure if there was Actual Danger or if it was Another Gag.
That said, THE ENDING WAS GODDAMN PERFECT. Even tho Jess's line read was a little flat, the next line of "Have Faith." Was *so freaking good* it carried the scene. Everything from that point on was solid gold, freakin nailed it, got chills down my spine at the ending fade out.
Also THE VISUALS ARE SO POLISHED!!! Like holy shit, freaking glorious, I love the detail of the broken visor after Sigurd got dropped. The chair's back being short enough that the oxygen tanks slot right over it. The freakin FOREST KEEPER HOLY SHIT.
That said, such beautiful animation makes some of the motions the characters do feel over acted to the point of Uncanny Valley. Not enough to break the experience, more Mildly Distracting than anything, but might be something to refine.
Hokay, that's all the feedback I can articulate after first viewing. Great work, I'm subbed, really hope this project continues!

The way this follows and blends in with the actual game lore is crazy
It was cool to see how the entity that was outside in the prologue got changed from a bracken to a masked. Nice little detail
I think that was more of an error given that the Bracken in-game can't leave the interior unless via mods or via a bug like it catches someone AS they leave.
There should honestly be a lethal company show. Theres more than lots of secrets to uncover for multiple seasons. It has so much potential.
Hopefully, this will be a weekly series if possible. Eating while watching this hit different
My wife is absolutely ecstatic that you turned this into a series. She loves this game and when she found your videos, she was so happy. Said the hairs on the back of her neck stood up when the character on the ship said "Shes right here, on the ship..." Great job!

My guy. Voice actors would ABSOLUTELY MAKE THIS EVEN BETTER. BUT. I do hope you the right VA's as it can make quite the huge difference.

The voices, over radio, through the masks, the sfx, the pacing of the shots and then the animations and the story. Gosh. It's amazing. The main thing I want is to see the group dynamic, especially Sigurd with his very rough... interesting personality and his notes to the bestiary
That's sooo good man! I loved how you based them on actual lore and added your own flair and ideas to it.
It's also awesome how you depicted this team, why Richard is so obsessed with work(quota), why he's the boss and possibly how he gets _that_ problem, Desmond being the tech guy knowledgeable in all things related to it, Sigurd being carefree, having a good sense of humor and being curious. I didn't pick a lot more on Jess other than her being friendly but I'm curious to see how her character develops further.

I definitely loved this video, but so far Jess just comes off as "the girl", and nothing more. Hopefully in subsequent videos, she develops something to make her stand out a bit more than just "this one has boobs."

I can tell you lacked many assets and proper voice actors, alongside some animations like the horder bug being stiff but, you put real effort into this even if you didnt have everything needed to make it perfection, i loved this and i think you should continue man. it's ai, and its text to voice instead of voice to voice. I'm sure a lot of people would voice act this, kind of a shame that gib has to use ai.
