Cutlass Convertible Windshield Header Rust Repair

Replacement of the windshield header. This is on a 1968 442, but applies to all 1968 - 1972 A-body convertibles such as Chevelle, Lemans and Skylark.
I sourced the repair part from Ausley's Chevelle, p/n CHB6872, "1968-72 Convertible Top Windshield Header".
