if i did not bleed this boltt can it make baik run different? 188 f fan kicks in and i dont know whay pliz help me.. can it be a problem? (sorrry fore my english pliz)
Avto Getling what kinda bike? The fan on the gsxr kick in at around 220. If you follow the steps and made sure you get out all the air on the radiator, you might need to go back and check with out flushing it. Take out the radiator cap when your motorcycle is cold then start it up with out the cap and rock it to see if thereâs any air. Also make sure you have the right amount of radiator fluid maybe if itâs low you might be over heating the radiator and thatâs not a good thing. Also on bleeding radiator you should try once you did the first steps and check the levels. Hope this helps best of luck ride safe donât forget to subscribe and check out our other DIY
So I bought my 2007 Suzuki GSXR 600 last year. I never thought about checking the coolant I realize that my reservoir was completely empty and this year itâs been riding hot constantly so Iâm changing the coolant right now but the coolant when I flushed it was so low do you think that I harmed anything in the engine? Iâm curious if I need to get a new radiator plus a new water pump the fans turn on at 2:20 the highest Iâve seen the bike get up to when off was 235 but bike was off an fans where on. Iâm curious have I done any damage is there anything I need to do please and thank you
@@Motoherb its oky. you dont need new radiator or water pump. just fill up radiator and reservuar. and then heat motorcycle and see what will happand. it radiator fan turn on 220 and will off 210 everything is fine ! and if it go haier then 220 or 228 then you have problem, and you need staf. kind sensors and sam of shit :d
Great video. It's been a while since the last radiator flush service that I've performed on my gixxer this video really brought back all those essential steps on how to get this done properly, thank you.

Tnks bro.
Thanks for watching đ€đŒ
Video is very helpful, now my only question is I have a 06 750 and my temperature only goes all the way up to 238 when I push the bike extremely hard. What do you think the reasoning for that is? Thank you in advance.
U should check if your fans turn on when it reaches high temperature also you should change the coolant if you havenât done so.
Keeping up with the maintenance of your bike should run smoother. đ€đŒ ride safe out there
Thanks bro

Hey I saw two tubes hanging on the left side of your bike, any ideas to where they are attached cause mine were lose..
Those are drainage tubes to get rain water out of the frame. They hang loose
Those two tubes connect to the bottom of gas tank don't they?
@@user-do1mc5cx6sthatâs what I thought at least Iâve got 2 that connect to the gas tank, there breather tubes pretty sure
Bettt
Thanx for the video homie... Just bought a Suzuki 600 and u have a new follower...Can u do a spark plug video?

How did you dispose of the flushed fluid? Just curious.
I'm only at the first few minutes into the video.
In the dirt away from dogs
@@team_sixthree8956 Not good for the environment, methinks.
I have a leak somewhere but it's really small and I didn't top off the oil. Now when I topped it off there's a little white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Could it have been that I didn't have the correct fluid adjustments? I may have a coolant leak? Or could it be I have air in the coolant lines causing it to overheat?
A leak some where? meaning your radiator reservoir? Or radiator?
You have to check on your owners manual on how much radiator coolant takes depending on make and model of your bike.
The white smoke Iâm not entirely sure itâs because of not topping off or over topping your reservoir. Wouldnât be able to tell you what it might be.
Maybe the gas or petrol your using. Not 100 percent sure. But itâs not because of the radiator fluid.
If you feel that you have air bubble you would have to re do your radiator system fluid to make sure just inside of rising it with water or getting rid of the fluid you can re use it.
Best of luck hope I was able to help any more questions donât hesitate to comment

How do you know when you've got all the air out the system ?
There wonât be any air bubbles coming out the radiator.. thanks for watching
Does the engine ice make it run any cooler?
It does run cooler then oem coolant.
Thanks for watching đ€đŒ
Do you remember how many Ml of coolant you put? The manual says 2650ml but i was able to fit only 2200ml after completely (i think) bleeding the system...
Iâll double check on that Iâll get bsck to you itâs been a while.
@@team_sixthree8956 thanks a lot man đ
@@alessiodimauro7707 I went with 1/2 gallon
Depending on the year of your gsxr the owners manual might change.
But it seems like your about right on the mark. Run the bike let it cool off maybe youâll be able to put in the rest.
Check the reservoir see if you can top it off with what you have left.
Best of luck hope i was able to help or atleast to give you an idea đĄ

@@team_sixthree8956 thanks a lot for checking that man. I really appreciate it. You're the best đ
Hey bro do you know if a 05 gsxr 600 radiator would fit on a 06 600?
Thanks for watching, not entirely sure if it would fit might want to check gsxr forums for better answers.
Best of luck

Is there another bleed bolt ?
not on the GSXRs there's only one bleeding bolt
@DEEEZZZ yes they should all have one
@DEEEZZZ itâs not under the tank but they have a bleed bolt
@DEEEZZZ đđ
Are you giving slight revs with the cap off
No it would cause the fluid to jump out if the cap is off. Itâs good to warm it up before then let it cool off. But no revs needed.
Thanks for watching
Man I messed up and wrote you in a reply part of someone staying I was just curious if I did damage to my radiator water pump because Iâve been riding my bike pretty hard for over a year racing a lot of people and I realized when I was changing the coolant that there was like a little to none plus there is no coolant in the reservoir so Iâm putting in the engine nice as we speak and I was just curious if Iâve harmed my bike if I need to get a new radiator in a new water pump please let me know thank you
Were you over heating at all after running it? Did you notice any changes when riding, any signs of steam or anything?
If thereâs no over heating or anything you must of had some or barely any on the actual radiator.
Hopefully itâs nothing major and with new engine Ice you should be good đđŒ thanks for commenting and try not to neglect your bike if you donât like losing a race.
@@team_sixthree8956 So there was never no steam and the bike hasnât been making any different sounds but when I did drain it there was like very very low in the color was like dark brown I flushed it three times until the water was clear coming out with a distilled water I forgot to buy an extra bottle of engine nice so I completely filled it up with the engine nice I have now but it did not top it off whatsoever so Iâm have to order another bottle of energy nice before I can do anything but I have yet to lose a race
@@team_sixthree8956 I do apologize with the texting I was using text to talk as it tends to choose different words I appreciate what youâre telling me because I was worried if I needed to buy a new radiator or a water pump thank you
@@Motoherb you got lucky my friend unless it gets damaged in the long run. But glad your following some quick and easy steps to clean up your radiator đ€đŒđ€đŒ
