All spirituality is contained in the sentence: You are not your mind or your thoughts, what remains, IS. You don't understand this from words or pointers, you realize it by investigating directly. You have to go there to realize you are not you. Anything other than this present moment is an illusion. Whether internally or externally. This moment is eternal, this moment is you.

Mooji is a teacher of human awakening. You can call it God, love or freedom, the truth of our existence. He is a beautiful soul in his teachings and use of social media. He will be remembered in history as a great being for humanity’s development out of darkness and ignorance. There are many people abusing social media and are creating major chaos of suspicion, fear, doubt, hate and division.Mooji is doing great work in my opinion. There are thousands of hours of Mooji talking to people simply about one thing: Awakening as your true nature, God-Self, love, Brahman, the Devine and how to return to our nature as "that".

There's no history !! History is what we cling on to !!! We can't cling on to in fact. Clinging onto itself is an attempt to going back to past by pulling the RIGHT NOW !!! An illusion again. Everything coming from NOTHING has nothing to do in between coming and going as the result has to be in ending with NOTHING. But the 'in between' has an option for us to understand what we are NOT throughout !!!

mooji speaks so directly and sincerely, and he sounds precisely right about pretty much everything he says to my eyes. He's just snapping us out of our daydreams to see reality. Until you really begin to comprehend your own mind, you'll probably not be aware of how lost in it you are. How it throws us into a million tiny video clips constantly, in these pointless loops, perhaps though building reality with these world building imaginings. I suspect I make everything instantly the moment I think it, thus thoughts and lucid dreams work this way. It feels like slowly gaining control a large unwieldly freighter ship, taking so long to reverse the habit momentum of my non lucid life thus far.
Mooji, you are a gift of God for humanity ..you are heaven on earth..your voice calms my mind instantly..you shattered all my sufferings. I am in absolute love with you..I THANK YOU FOREVER🙏

When it wanders, watch the one that wanders, it's also going to wander when attention stays in the observer and if he comes back just say Hello and observe him again, we're simply that observer. We're not even the attention that is wandering, you're not wandering Ever, it's merely the attention and even that can be observed and the Power (sort of speak) comes back to you, the unattached observer and I digress. :) One Love

I have RA. I can completely relate to "dislocation". Its a nice word to describe my life since childhood until a year ago. Unfortunately I have cptsd. I now live myself and my body. I affirm myself all the time. I keep visualising my nervous system and telling my body its loved and an amazing miracle. Thank you for your video. I dont think enough attention is given to understanding how abnormal psychology creates disease and the fact that love and connection can heal disease ❣️
I read the comments and I see that many are on this path of awakening, not just ACIM students. We are not alone. Sometime the music is an irritant but Mooji seems to keep it pretty soft. Otherwise my ol and worn out ears miss so much. Even with aids. I love you all. Oh to be able to love as Mooji does. What a teacher! We are all blessed.
I miss so many words as well. I listen 100’s of times, to still my mind.
I have 2 hearing aids and some words are hard to pick up. Would anyone know if I can get the printed words anywhere?

I just ran across this guy, and though there are many legit teachers that have died in the last few decades, this man offers the most clear, direct, simple teaching I have ever heard. He is 💯% legit.
