My body is shaking and rocking so strongly these days when I enter mediation. I trust the intelligence of this body and what silence causes it to do. Yet it's not so easy to not be identified with this intensity going on........ 😵

YES, YOU COULD BE RIGHT, BUT THE WORD IS NOT THE THING! IT'S JUST A WORD JUST TRYING TO DESCRIBE, THAT WHICH IS UNDESCRIBABLE! IT'S BECAUSE THE NATURE OF WHO YOU ARE IS BEYOND PERCEPTION OF YOUR OWN PHYSICALITY. TO KNOW THAT THING, IS TO EXPERIENCE THAT THING.
Just listened again. Holy Freakin Mackerel! "The mind will do everything it can to send you to Hell". For anyone dealing with intense chronic "physical" pain, this is just another way it attempts to divert Awareness into false identification with, and as, a "finity.
