So we can say with no errors that palatal expanders are included in growth modification appliances ?
Yes, I personally would consider slow or rapid expansion of the midpalatal suture to be a form of growth modification. Of course, MARPE or SARPE of an adult patient would not be considered growth modification.
With quad helix would it be a more sort of asymmetrical expansion? when is it desirable to only go for anterior or posteriors expansion?how do we decide that?

what is the difference between RME and hyrax expanders?
Hyrax is a type of rapid palatal expander. There are other designs like the Haas expander which would also be considered an RPE or RME.
High pull is for class III isnt it? You said is for class II
I would like to ask which common tooth to extract during orthodontic treatment for class III skeletal ( if the extraction will be in one arch only) and the same question for Class II skeletal?
Lower first premolars for Class III camouflage and upper first premolars for Class II camouflage.
