Pretty damn sure there’s NO company on this earth that would be stupid enough to accept someone’s resignation letter from someone else and NOT follow up on why they didn’t submit it themselves.
Mani Mani People has a habit of having multiple Points of View for their stories. This story's main character was the Girl, and Kenji was the other narrator.
And that's why that stupid idiotic company went poof instantly after 1 horrendous order mixup..

@@TheDeathmail that is true :) keep in mind "most of these stories" are Japan base, so there are some culture differences, but you are right. In Japan, the letter requires "Hanko" to make it official. Now, I would totally agree that signing for someone else especially using someone else "Signature/Hanko" could be a problem in society AND legally. (Japan is very honor base and so I do not think the company would accept it unless it is "on board" at least when it does not make the company look bad/dishonrable.

C'mon? Again? Aoshima forgot to apologize to Kenji for what she did to him. But at least she gets what she deserves. It could've been satisfying if Kenji does not forgive her even if she apologize. He needs to MAN up and he must know that what Aoshima did to him about resigning, she did that for no reason because she was selfish and she does not want to be with someone like Kenji that she thinks that he is useless but he was actually good at his job. Even if she apologized, he will NOT forgive her for what she did. I wanted to see that in the end. 😒😮💨😑

Here's what really happened before Nao gets taken away by a blonde guy:
Me: what's going on here.
Kenji's friend: apparently this woman who used to be Kenji's colleague show up and cause wreckage.
Me: (I glared at her with menacing look) ohhh, so you're the one who submitted the resignation letter without Kenji's permission to get him unemployed, how stupid of u.
Nao: uummm about that
Me: I don't want to hear your excuses, u realized it's a felony to foraging Kenji's resignation letter without his permission, u can get arrested or sued for that. Boy you're gonna be in big trouble. Kenji was going to sue u but it's going to be up to him if he's going to sue you or not.
Nao: Kenji, im so sorry. I didn't mean to get u fired, it was just a joke.
Kenji: u know, u ruined my life, looking down on me and submitted resignation letter without my consent. U reap what u sow, so sorry but I'm going to sue u for damages.
Nao: please no, anything but that, my life is already in shambles due to my gambling so please I'll do anything.

And that's how a story really ends. Nao was forced to please any men at the host club against her will to pay her debt from gambling. She tries to escape but he and his men quickly hunted her down and caught her. She escaped again when the men are asleep. Nao encounter Kenji again to get him to marry but only to find out that Kenji's was already married and started a family with a woman he met. Seeing this, she tries to ambush them but the handsome man showed up and caught her after he finds out that she escaped again and took her back to the host club. And this time, he had his bodyguards keeping an eye on her if she tries to escape again, her fate will be unknown. Oh and her friends cut ties with her when they found out what she did, and Kenji did in fact sued her for damages she caused. And now she ended up in debt and became homeless now.
Not a fan of this story. Less screen time of MC & I don’t really see his “character development”, he is just lucky in this case. She got what she deserved, but only cuz she puts herself on “self destruction”. She even got away just like that after that huge mistake? Not to mention about the resignation. This story has lots of nonsense.
this is a crime in the world of work, the woman and the boss at the workplace should be prosecuted criminally, unfortunately the MC in this story didn't think to take photos or record the irregularities in her workplace

Seriously what kind of company accepts a resignation letter from another person when the Kenji didn’t even submit the resignation letter. They didn’t even bother to check whether it was his signature and not to mention there was no proof of him wanting to quit. Really stupid. Good thing they went bankrupt. Aoashima should have gone to jail. What she did was a crime and a felony and the writers failed to realize that. Well she got what she deserved but I want her to face the consequences and get severe punishment. She got off way too easily

Extra fate to that antagonist girl : when she went to work she was heavily criticized by every employee and she decided to quit and escape from work when she couldn’t take the criticism any longer, she was evicted from her house, she became a man’s red flag and she was nothing but a pure blacklisted scumbag, however strange man takes her away from her spot as it turns out the person who took her away worked for detectives Jimmy Popeye Doyle and Buddy Cloudy Russo ( Roy Scheider & Gene Hackman ). When they saw that person caught the culprit eventually cloudy says that she was the person they were looking for, to which the girl was taken away and the 2 detectives had plenty of evidence to make her the culprit because it turns out this girl had the habit of secretly scamming other people without consent, and when her crimes were revealed, she was taken away by detectives cloudy and Popeye while being locked up in jail for the rest of her life then she had to work on the Gresley railway to pay off debt as a punishment for the crimes she done, but when she tried harassing a Q train she was killed by an R68 N train.
This reads like a fanfic, what's with those western ass names in a Japanese setting
This story is ok and not a great start to kick things off for 2024. 1. The MC who was a wimp and didn’t take action against FMC committing a felony against him but it’s a good thing he quit his job but he had shown no signs of improvement throughout his life as he just got lucky. 2. It would have been much better if the FMC and Boss were locked up considering that the products they were selling were found suspicious but hey at least the FMC got comeuppance. 3. Why did the whole workplace turn against the MC for the felony the FMC committed, that’s just stupid. Anyways my mixed feelings on this video not going to dislike nor like cause I’m just….speechless.

Well, most of all what happened is Aoshima's fault. If she didn't forge her Senpai's resignation, all of the troubles could have been avoided.
But a small amount of blame falls on the Boss. He knew that Kenji was better in organizing stuff, so putting him with Aoshima on door to door sales wasn't a good idea, she wouldn't have planned this if they both kept their regular work.

Plot: There was a 23 year old man name Ken, who has a creative desire to write stories. Ken's imagination for writing went well with Kai's(Ken's childhood friend), talent for drawing and Noi's(Ken's girlfriend) voice acting ability. Back in High-school, The trio been dreaming about making Manga and Anime together and that dream is about to come true after careful planning, mutual agreement and time, the trio made a fool proof anime called "Soldier out of time", an anime about a modern-day soldier being sent to another world to be a knight. The trio presented to "Anime Coliseum", a top-teir Manga/Anime company. After presenting the idea, the board of the company said they'll call when they made a decision. The Board then gave the trio a business card, Kai said he'll hang on to the card. Later that night, The trio said their goodbye and head home. A week later with no response from The Board, Ken went out jogging and during his jog, Ken was shocked when he saw a billboard with what look like his anime idea but it was alter called "Warrior through time". Ken booked a taxi to the company and he saw Kai with Noi shaking hands with the leading board. Ken approached to Kai and asked "What's going on here"? Kai explained that their anime idea has been approved but Ken said that's not their anime and it's different. Kai explained that he copied Ken's Idea, made differences in so the people would enjoy it more and said the idea was approved a day after. Ken, who was looking at Noi now, asked why didn't tell him. Noi, who had an uneasy look on her face, said "it was because....", Kai interrupted and said Ken was out since his ideas seem ridiculous to Noi and him. Kai said it was his version of the story that got them approved and even got a replacement writer from the board. Ken left the building stunned with the thought of not realizing how his ex and best friend thought of him as he went home. 3 days past, Ken was in his apartment surfing the internet. Then, a knock was on his door, Ken answered it to find it was Yuri, a 21 year old woman who known Ken longer than Kai and Noi. Yuri wanted to check on Ken after she heard what happened. Ken appreciated her concern but he was over it. Ken told Yuri that he was hurt but he was glad to know how his "friends" truly felt about him. Yuri was relieved and thought of the worst. Yuri then asked Ken what he's been doing since he cut himself off from everyone. And Ken showed Yuri his computer that had a UTube(Parody of CZcams) channel he started back in High-school but completely forgot about. Ken told Yuri he's gonna start a Manga channel instead. But the problem was he didn't had an artist to draw his stories then say she could help since her parents put her in Art School from childhood. Ken was on board with the idea and thanked Yuri for being a friend. Then Yuri blushed and asked if they could work together as not "friends" but something more. 5 years later after starting the channel, finding programmers, voice actors, getting subscribers, selling merchandise, winning subscribers rewards, making other related channels and moving the work to an office, Ken and his loyal team was offered a job to "Anime Palace", a 2nd teir Anime/Manga who's a rival to "Anime Coliseum, by the CEO. Ken agreed with condition that his team still work together and the CEO agreed to the term. Later the gang celebrated at a All-You-Can-Eat Sushi restaurant. As they were celebrating, Kai and Noi entered and wanted to speak with Ken about an offer. Kai and Noi wanted Ken to work with them at Anime Coliseum, with the promise of good pay and better treatment. Just when Ken was gonna answer, Yuri(who was Ken's wife now)said Ken won't be joining, not after they dropped him, stole his idea and abandoned him. Kai and Noi was angered towards Yuri for her outburst and then another member of Ken's team suggested that they only want him back because they're falling apart without him. As it turned out, Anime Coliseum went down hill after "Warrior through Time" end after a 4 year plot. Kai was board member after previous member retired and tried make good anime but he had no sense of imagination and tried making parodies of successful anime but failed. Fans lost interest in the shows and merchandise and start watching Ken's channels. Ken finally stood up and said with a smile "It's your problem, deal with it". And went back celebrating with his new friends. Later Noi and Kai was fired due to copyright issues and losing 30% of Anime Coliseum's funds due to bad writing.
