I love this recipe. I've used it about 6 times by now and the results are consistently amazing!
However, after the 1st time letting it proof/rise for 30 mins then 20 mins, I didn't quite like the bread texture the following day...a lil too tough. So thereafter, I let it rise for 1hr then 45 mins. Results are an even softer bread and still very soft the following day! AWESOME!
I could watch you cook over and over....you need to be on a cooking channel. Blessings and love.
While my dough is rising i want to say your steps were simple and well explained. Can't wait to see and taste my bread.
they look amazing like all the recipes you do! you make it so easy to follow along & your voice is so calming. thanks for videos :)

Made some and it was delicious! About to make some more right now.
I can't wait to try this and it looks so simple to make. Did you use margarine or butter? Can I put the dough in a bread tin to make a big read rather than individual rolls? A friend recommended your channel and I am loving your recipes.
Hey hun lovely recipe but just wanted to ask, did you use instant yeast? And is the process the same if it’s not instant. Love all your recipes 💕
I only use instant yeast and yes the process would be the same :)
TERRI-ANN'S KITCHEN Thank you for replying, tried a few of your recipes and they are all amazing. I’ve got dry active yeast so will try this asap. Lots of love from London Caribbean crew lol 💕

Hi. I am excited to try this....all comments are positive! But, you said you used one Tbs of BROWN sugar. Usually brown sugar is PACKED when measured ...... is this also true in your recipe? Thank you!
Well just wanted to say thank you very much for the easiest bread recipe and very delicious and easy to make, and would like to ask about the oven, because I have an oven that can go up the 250-degree temperature but you didn't say anything about preheating of the oven so can you please write something about it. Thanking you again for the great idea
Ibrahim al sharji preheat oven to 180•C and bake for 25 minutes :)
I tried cooking again and the result was amazing
🥰😍 Thanks a lot
@@TERRIANNSKITCHEN What temperature is that. You need to clarify that for everyone else's experience e.g. 325, 350, 400 ???
My favourite bread omg😭❤️
Hello Terri-Ann, what kind of sugar are you using? Granulated white sugar? Light brown packed sugar? Turbinado sugar?
White sugar
Girl you making me hungry,I need cream cheese 🧀 with it
Thank you so much
Coco bread😋😋😋😋❤❤❤❤❤
Can you use self raising flour if you don't have plain
Thanks for the video. What kind of sugar did you use? It looks brown so I'm assuming it's light brown sugar. Is that correct?
Yes
Very nice and helpful. Can you write all ingredients specifically the flour in grams?
Hello, so excited to try this recipe but what does a cup stands for in gramme. Thanks for sharing all this Caribbean recipes. Kisses from French Guiana. À bientôt.
Please convert in google :)
Will try this. Can you do some hot cross bun or a series of easter recipes?
Okay I’ll try something
Is the yeast dry-active yeast or quick rise yeast I brought both but I don’t know which one to use 😩
Taquida Reid hey love any of the two will do ... I used dry active yeast :)
Making these today!
Looking good
Hi Terri A..can I use self-rising Flour for this bread..and same ingredients?
Hi I've made this and it came great, I'm trying it again bit my dough although I kneed it 10 mins isn't as smooth as yours 😭 any advice?
So base on this video. I don't need to let my dough rise twice. 1 after kneading and 2 after putting it in the baking pan??
Wait What ! You need to let it rise then you roll it out into the bread and let it rise again for 15 minutes before baking as stated in the video :)... thanks for watching :)
What temperature should the oven be at
Can I use my bread machine for the mixing, kneading and rising process or is it better to do my hand??
SophieSticated Michelle Joseph it’s entirely up to you love but with the ingredients provided it will give you perfect bread either way :)... happy cooking and thanks for watching :)
@@TERRIANNSKITCHEN thank you. Love the video please keep up the fantastic content!! ❣
Can't wait until you get your restaurant, them ppl gone be eating good food.
surely they will :) thanks for watching :)
@@TERRIANNSKITCHEN u
These look like micha bread that we make in Panamà
Yesss👍👍
Hello thanks for sharing,, am just inquiring,,
Can I do it without yeast?
Not really as it wouldn’t be as light and fluffy ... I sometimes make it without and it’s still delicious :)
Very very nice
Is the recipe the same when using plain white flour ?
I don’t have yeast. If I use self rising flour will I have similar results?
Did you use all of the lukewarm water in this recipe?
Most of it
Can this be done with regular yeast, or does it need to be rapid rise?
What’s the temperature for the oven?
Shala Eugene 180•C for 20-25 minutes
Like what you do
Can u bake it in stove top
