      That wasnt a "trade'. Trade means you get something back in equal valuable.
      1.Do you see any trillionaires walking around Africa?
      2.Royalty🤴🏽👸🏾 in any land do not trade= they have everything they need because they are the 1%.
      3. They literally walked on golden grounds so they can $buy anything with gold. GOLD IS A UNIVERSAL currency before Jesus was a baby. aka Gold Coast aka why people are still trying to rob 💎Africa. you see any "trading" going on? ...🤴🏽👸🏾📑anybody sending invites out? No ruling class gets rid of their constituent= they crave ONLY power .. and power comes with ruling over large population. YOU KNOW, THE MAIN REASON FOR INVASION of the next door kingdoms.
      👉🏽 👉🏾 we are part STOLEN AFRICAN + NATIVES to the Americas. the natives did not disappear they simply cant tell "differences"

      There is a reason why police dont take witness statements from cat burglars. OK. 📓In school you are learning "a thief" statement of history. there is no receipt on anything. Haiti sued France for back wage. France said IOU because slave rebellion broke them.
      The Europeans took meticulous records on of how many folks on these ships. cant produce 1 receipt in500 years of "trade" to some random African dude. HAITI CALLED THEM OUT ON IT
      ........ search every single youtube video on slavery(i did) i cant find anything of equal value going back to the Africans. but that continent was gutted -100 million souls.
      💲 Cuba gets paid for their doctors going out. {skilled human trade}
      💲 Saudi Arabia gets paid for their oil { natural resources } Both are examples of a trade
      BLACK PEOPLE NEED TO STOP carrying this lie/ they same place you learn this English is the same place your learn about "Atlantic Slave Trade".
      👉🏽 👉🏾 stop using the word 'trade' because it wasnt. it was a crime against humanity and sovereignty
      𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝒾𝓈 𝓃𝑜𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓉𝑜 𝑔𝒶𝒾𝓃 𝒷𝓎 𝒽𝑒𝓁𝓅𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓂 coverup 𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓈 FACT. the reAL trade was a transfer of squalor vs rich aka robbery

    Last week I made a giant bowl. I did it the Bajan way. Shared it with my daughters who absolutely love it. We do it a bit different in Barbados, but it's equally good. I use a lot more dry spices in addition to the leafy ingredients. The dry spices act as a preservative, and the batch lasts a very long time. I find that like fine wine, the older it gets, the more flavorful it is. There are no hard and fast rules for making green seasoning. If you like it, add as much as you want.

    I see a lot of ppl asking for uses and I think a dedicated compilation video of the different ways you use it for them to refer to would be nice - even if it's old clips put together. My aunt buys up all the produce at Castries market to make hers so I can't even say what's all in it lol. I talk to her about your recipes almost every time you upload and even she learns something new. Wishing your channel much success!
