I found some of my old Basketball Becketts and I went and looked up the old STAR cards and the 1986-1987 Fleer and Jordan had been in the NBA for 2 years before the photo on the Fleer Card, when a true RC would have at least been a photo of his Rookie 1984-1985 NOT 1986-1987......That was typical BGS games they play around but in my beckett it says beware of counterfeits on the Fleer cards as well

The new players draw a wider audience, which equals higher revenue from CZcams. People are interested in what’s happening right now. Most of what is discussed on this channel would hardly apply to HOF collecting. The content would be boring.

It's worth what you think it's worth, it's a 1 of 1, if someone won't give you what you want well then they don't get it. That's the beauty of 1/1 cards.. nice card
It is worth whatever somebody is willing to pay for it. Thats it. Simple economics.

A 2/2 nat treasures RC swoosh auto BGS 8.5 sold for $10,009 in feb on eBay. And as Geoff said flawless is a step below Nat Treasures. But then PWCC did have that 2/2 go for 43k.

good buy on ohtani. buying hurts high after a superbowl appearance is dicey. repeat performances are so hard to do, plus new coordinators id flip as soon as season starts and try to make few thousand

Beckett made a mistake there. They were the 2nd best grader according to cards submitted, but it now SGC has passed them. The best way for them to get back to 2nd Place is make a Non-Pristine 10. This is of course just my opinion. Even better they could change a small amount to their Customers that are trading in a 9.5 for a 10.

Sports cards are 🗑 I literally spent 250k in 2019 and not a single card went up in value . And I ripped tens of thousands of retail packs from 2020-now for fun and all the cards are junk and this is every sport
Buying in 2020 was like buying at the peak bubble
@@maximo6037 we’ll I bought in 2018 and 19 before the bubble that was the year I spent around 250k but been buying every year since . Either way the cards did grown in price .during the bubble and now they fell face first even cards I buy or grade till this day fall so hard it’s crazy one day I hope they reach higher prices again . I actually sold more then I bought in 2020

@@JusZard ive done a deep dive on the auto..2018 was a bad year for messi autos. The L is especially not consistent. 2016 and 2022 are good years. There is no loop in legit auots. Look up what psa recently did with an auto subbed
