I got double prime drop on two items. I wasn't trying to get that, but I did manage to get mesos up to 100% and my drop is now 169% up from the starter 67%. I haven't seen what this does yet, but I will see tomorrow. I also did not know that I can equip more than one Gollux ring. So in the process of cubing my rings, I got 30% INT on the one I was trying to get meso or drop on. Kept that, and replaced NLC ring that gave me 18% INT and turned that one into a meso line. Now my mesos are at 100%. Double drop and meso I was aiming for but did not get one. Two items of double drop made me so happy because I heard it's hard to do. I spent 8B.

Hey duky I was told if you stamp your item for 3 lines it increases your chance of tierring up. It was explained like this: for example when cubing an epic pot, a hard/bright/glowing cube has a low % to roll a unique line and that's when it tiers up, that is why bright cubes are best because they have highest % to roll the best lines. So instead of attempting to roll a unique line on an epic pot on 2 lines your attempting on 3

With epic I also recommend using the epic pot scrolls and hard cubes from legion if you have the legion coin to spare
Really appreciate the deep explanation as this game is about as clear as mud for new players! Can you do a transfer hammer guide as well? I'm hesitating spending any money on upgrades now because I'm waiting to see how far the burning event takes my main (battle mage, which I chose based on your tier list). I don't want to spend loads of money on weaker gear that gets left behind in a week

would u recommend a new player focus on damage first? in the video you mentioned that starter drop gear costs around 8 bil but i have no where near that despite being high level. I am barely two shotting at higher arcane areas.

Just one thing - from epic > unique the cost effectiveness of using bright vs hard cubes is actually almost the same, assuming MathBro's calculator is accurate. I personally would just get bright cubes cos they tier up very easily for me

You said that, on average, it should take 8b to do the basic meso gear. But how do I get this 8b as a fresh player? I just returned to GMS and hyperburned a character
Ursus and daily/weekly bosses. I started after go west and have farmed around 1b already. I don't think this is geared towards brand new players, more something to work towards.

im not sure if you got a guide but do you have one about getting better armor and where to get them? like step by step lets says lvl 100+ Cuz i believe from 10-100 is pretty easy to get loot and stuff but starting lvl 150+ is started to get hard
Hey Duky. Isnt it better to tier up to legendary from unique with just glowing cubes? It seems like bright cubes are for when you already have a line in a desired stat and dont want to lose it

My main is 281 with decent drop/meso gear, would you do the same for a second main? looking to progress a Zero and wondering if it's worth just doing drop gear since I can farm meso etc on my main.
yeah, get training gear for a 2nd main that you will train a lot
Do you do your weekly bosses with meso/drop gear? seems like it would be even more expensive to have bossing gear set and training gear set
i do them with bossing gear, and then break the loot box with drop gear. it is more expensive but thats what you ultimately need to do

Does it matter which piece of gear gets the drop or meso line? Or can we just roll it on any accessory as long as we hit
Ideally pendants have drop, and the rest don’t matter
if a new player wants to super optimize, which class should they main first with this meso/drop gear? for farming and bossing to easily fund their "true" main

thank you for your videos i just come back to maple world after 7 years and everything is new to me. I'm currently start at burning world and i don't know after the event end what world should i join the heroic world where cube buy via meso or interact world where cube via cash/ auction house. additionally i want to ask does 200% drop gear max include % drop gear from familiar ? cuz i have a unique potential familiar that increase drop rate like 60% i think so do I just roll my gear to 140% and let the pet do the rest. or they will add 200 + 60 too what do you think. thank you

Is it worth investing in another set of gear(separate from meso drop) for damage? Or is obtaining meso and drop onto stronger gear enough? Cause i just wanna make sure i can still clear mobs/bosses.

I think it can be done but maybe will take a very long time from using event cubes since maplesea doesn't have mesos cube. If you swipe then maybe you can get it done significantly faster.

I'm new to the game, only 230. If I was to make drop gear when I can afford etc, is it meant to be a seperate set I can switch out or? I feel I need every ounce of damage I can get atm but possible I'm messing so much up when it comes to progres lol.

Shining Star Force is next weekend so should Mesos be saved for Stars or Meso/Drop?
Always sf first if there is an event especially shining starforce (ssf) cause they only come twice a year

If one of the pendent slot should be prepared pendent when training, does that mean I need 10 lines of drop and 5 lines of meso out of 8 gear instead of 9?

What happens when you are going for meso/drop but you get let’s say 2 or 3 line stat… this is a dilemma I have come across many times. Especially when trying to tier up. Seems like Nexon wants me to 3l stat on unique too often haha.

Glowing and Bright cubes have the same chances, the only thing you are paying for is the save function on Bright Cubes, think of it exactly like Safeguard fee, but for cubing.
The only reason Bright Cubes have a "higher" tier up rate (tier up % chance and mesos cost difference is the same between Glowing and Bright Cubes, neither is better to tier up on) is to not screw over new players that don't know the difference between cubes and you don't ever need the save function while tiering up.
For line rolling , Glowing and Bright Cubes are identical.

Yup arguably more important since your grinding time is lower. I made the mistake of making them too late when i first started😅

Do you have a threads of fate WAP farming guide? I heard you can get enough to pretty much have it up 100% of the time farming, but a lot of the guides are outdated or don't explain one aspect or another such as best 3 NPCs for stats and item farming, fastest setup, reseting ask quests etc...
Hey Duky, I have an idea for a video. Could you do one explaining how to not get bent over by Hellux drops? Explain how to squeeze superior out of this old ass tree? I kill it every week and it continues to drop cracked pieces. I hate this tree.
I am at 8m atk range (251 Viper), and I usually just solo bosses up to cvel every week + dailies. Should I concentrate on increasing my atk range or create some +mesos accessories?

I am going for full drop first until cernium in my hyperburn because meso drops are pretty low anyway until cernium, hopefully juicing my familiar drops in arcane river while I'm there
Gonna be honest. Buying hard cubes to try to hit unique is not worth the meso. Its just better to use bright cubes to rank up to unique/legendary because the rates are way better (you can also go straight to Legendary sometimes too), then go down to glowing once you hit lego. Using hard cubes you get from boss drops/events is good though. I definitely don't recommend buying those shitty cubes though.
EDIT: Unless you are on regular server, then go ahead and buy hard cubes since brights cost NX.

still get the meso and drop, its more important than one shotting for now. You will one shot overtime with legion and arcane force gains

Genesis has a special effect where it can apply to several different set bonuses, so it can contribute to CRA and Arcane simultaneously for instance.

no the greed pendant drop doesnt work the same as other drop gear. it works on equip tab items like pensalir, not nodes or frags
