Sir, if anyone not able to get up early by 5o clock right away, then they can start by decreasing the wake up time by 15 mins per 3 days. For eg. If your wake up time is 6:30am, then start getting up by 6:15am for first 4 days, then after start getting up by 6:00am for next 5 days. Once you reach your wake up time as 5:00 am then start getting up daily by 5:00 AM for next 21 days inclusive of holidays, Sundays etc (no excuses pls) your wake up time will get set in your sub conscious mind and no matter what ever the day is, you will woke up at 5:00Am. I am the best example for this.
