ALL SET PIECES (CORNERS, PENALTIES FREE KICKS) TO BE TAKEN ONLY BY INDIAN PLAYERS.
ALL FOREIGN PLAYERS SHOULD BE LESS THAN 35 AGE (TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE STILL NEAR THEIR PRIME) WHICH WILL INCREASE THE QUALITY OF THE LEAGUES.
MAX 6-7 FOREIGN PLAYERS PER SQUAD (MAX 4 IN PLAYING 11) BUT ONLY 1 FOR EVERY POSITION. THIS WILL MAKE SURE THAT INDIAN PLAYERS WILL GET MUCH MORE PLAYING TIME IN SCENARIOS WHERE FOREIGN PLAYERS ARE INJURED OR SUBSTITUTED. I BELIEVE THIS WILL IMMENSELY HELP IN CREATING VERY GOOD PLAYERS AND MULTIPLE SET PIECE SPECIALISTS WHICH ARE LACKING CURRENTLY.

With country size, our Talent pool is very limited. With a fully established football pyramid from under 12 to the Senior team, we should have unlimited huge talent pools. Cricket has it. They are consistently able to replace players. The European & many asian national teams system has such a pool. South American Football is like India, street football plays a huge raw talent pool, they become diamonds when coming to. Europe. Football culture venum.we have highly dominant cricket culture. AIFF should have huge responsibility. They should align with every state football League to generate a Talent pool. Arsene wenger Fifa involvement might help in future harvest.
