    Very basic move set, easy to memorise and build from. Perfect for beginners like myself. Ive been consistantly using this routine for no more the 1 and a half weeks and I was able to touch my toes for the first time in ten years yesterday. I've since taken screenshots of each position and made a stretch folder so I can use a stop watch and control my own pace now. Thank you

    Thank you so much for this! I was not doing this kind of stretching after exercise and my legs and back were frequently tight as a drum. Now I feel so relaxed after doing these after exercise. What a difference! Thank you so much!

    this is amazing! just started working out and was in so much pain I could barely continue because my body is not used to it. All other leg stretch videos I've found so far on youtube have not given me this deep of a stretch. I feel good as new! Thank you so much

    Excellent! I was looking for a non-yoga stretch routine and this was great (even though pigeon pose is done in yoga) this routine was just what I needed. Thanks!

    I have been following this stretching routine for over a month now. After my heavy jump rope and HIIT Routine.. This really works wonders on my legs.. The stretch are awesome ❤️

    I love this video. My friend and I use this video to stretch after leg day. It's effective and the way the video is set up it's helps to just focus on stretching. Please make more stretching videos!

    At 7:35 you can put your hands on your knees and pop in one of your shoulders to get a deeper stretch then change sides

      I couldn't do that with my right knee touching the ground because I think I hit it on something doing knee strikes and my knee hurts when it's touched.

    Awesome stretch for hams. I got very stretched hams naturally though and I need heck a lot quad stretches, my hams are nice stretched, ya I feel it. I don't feel quads stretched

    This video helped me to release soreness am greatful to u. I would suggest to add malasana from yoga to relieve from soreness of quadraceps.
